Ordered a burger got a sandwich , both pepperoni melts and Buffalo chicken melts are complete rubbish , I seen better sandwiches in 7/11 dry , barely any sauce , pepperoni looks like you got them from Kmart , it seems that staff could not care less about orders and Panera seemed to cheep out on quality produce ! Subway is way more delicious than any of Paneras “melts” 3 sandwiches alone were $45 two went in to trash right away !!!! Never again !

I usually get my bagels at the Panera Bread in Skokie on Skokie Blvd and Golf and they box them so nice. Today I went to the one on Skokie Blvd in NorthBrook and when I got home I saw they just throw them in a paper bag. Very unappetizing. I won’t be going there again.

I’m never going back to Panera again. I only went because I had a gift card to use but good grief their prices are way too high. $22 for a sandwich with a cup of soup and a drink? There are full service restaurants with lower prices! The food was decent but not what I would expect for the amount I paid. Forget this place, it’s not worth it!
