She was repeatedly heard making demeaning comments, including telling coworkers to “shut up” and publicly stating that they were “dumb” and incompetent at their jobs. This behavior created a tense and negative atmosphere, which is highly disruptive to a customer environment.
Furthermore, when I made a simple and necessary request for a clean spoon, Olga responded with visible annoyance and an abrupt, rude demeanor. The combination of unprofessional conduct toward staff and poor customer service made for a very disappointing visit. Respectful communication and basic courtesy should be standard for all employees.
My car broke down yesterday and the manager herself came out and helped me jump start my car along with her cook! You cannot beat that kind of service!
Place was clean with plenty of seating and speed out, not like in other Paneras, this one is big. Lot of room.
The hazelnut coffee still carries the same joyful Aroma that it did back in the day. Now I temper it with a hefty dollop of almond milk and decaf coffee taking full advantage of their $8.99 unlimited sip club.
Walk into any Panera and what really makes the difference are the employees who joyfully greet you, for the most part. When you stop by as frequently as I do for the free coffee you get to recognize familiar people. It is those very people which make Panera successful. And the ridiculous value of the Sip club. The food is okay; and my wife finally calls it Hospital food. I’ve enjoyed it many times and it is consistently what it is. From the classic ham and cheese sandwich to the famous cheddar broccoli soup it delivers a satisfying meal.
Disappointing to see.
