This Panera is typical. Atmosphere is nice, modern, wooden, etc. Food is Panera priced, but getting a duet meal can bring down the price of the pick 2 by a significant amount. I got the smokehouse bbq sandwich and tomato soup combo, and it was good for the price.

Awful app, no way to add my husbands rewards card. Was unable to verify that my order was placed. Arrive at :fast pick-up drive-thru and waited for 5 minutes to get my order due to person who placed their order at the drive thru. Then when I asked if my husband’s rewards could be used at pick up due to problem with the app I was told that they don’t make the app and the rewards could not be given. Received what looked like a poorly portioned “hunk” of baguette, photo included. It will be a very long time before I place another order from the Lake Zurich, IL location.

This was my absolute worst experience with a Panera. I got a chicken noodle soup and the broccoli cheddar Mac and cheese and this white substance was burried in the middle. It’s mushy and I have no idea what it is. The soup was absolutely terrible. Did not taste like it usually does. It was sour as if it had gone bad. Not coming back to this location or any Panera. This was disgusting.

This location is one of the worst. Every time I order at this location it takes way too long, order is always wrong and the quality of food is poor. Ordered a salad with chicken and received wilted, soggy brown lettuce with no chicken. I did call to provide my feedback and they said they’d email me a voucher. At the time of writing this review, I have not received it.

We go to Panera when we travel because of the consistency, clean restaurants with good food. But not here. Tables were dirty window glass looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for years. The rest room was filthy, and with a stench that suggested it hadn’t been cleaned for weeks. And the food, only partially heated. Not surprisingly, they didn’t have the Saturday lunch crowd you expect at a Panera.

I can’t get past how unclean the restaurant is in general. Most of the tables hadn’t been wiped free of crumbs. They hadn’t swept underneath the drink dispensing area – you plainly see it when seated waiting for your food to be prepared. The bathroom sink was slimy looking. Basic cleaning not happening here, scares me to think how dirty the kitchen is.
