The wife got the pick 2, she loved her soup and sandwich but both werent hot.
I got the french onion soup normal portion and it came out in a bigger bowl but the same exact amount of soup. Like they were supposed to do 2 ladels or something but its 1, and the same size, for double the price.
My soup wasnt hot, it was lukewarm and as you can see in the photo the cheese didnt even melt. It was just there like bleh
The flavor of mine was decent, but canr get past the temperature, price and overall experience.
Will not be visiting this or any other panera again.

The coffee is good, it is self serve with refills which is great. The breakfast is all good, especially the bagels. If you like sweets try the cinnamon crunch bagle. Crusty bread to put in the soup as croutons is a nice touch. Friendly staff too.

Ordered 1/2 salads and sandwich or soup 5 times in the last week through DoorDash. I was doing a Panera lunch thing to eat healthier lunches. Not anymore! Received 5, 1/2 salads that I had to remove 1/2 the lettuce from because it’s rotten. Five, consistently disappointing orders on different days. I’ve had Panera from Phoenix to Detroit and this is hands down the worst location. The lettuce on the sandwiches have been rotten too. Panera’s whole thing is fresh ingredients. Not at this one. Never again.

We’ve been coming here every other Sunday after church for months. The food is so good and the atmosphere is great. We love coming here,, except,, we always get the same cashier -Katie- . We’ve only had one good experience with her and EVERY other visit we have felt very unwelcome. We used to order at the counter but she speaks to us in a very condescending manner. We now order at the self serve kiosk. She is usually the one to deliver our food to the table and her customer service skills needs some work. She uses no manners, does not engage in any type of conversation, is impatient and in a rush and makes us feel like a burden.

Had a father daughter night and we always do some sort of soup and sandwiches. Tonight was Panera broccoli & chedder cheese . We ordered ahead & when we got there we checked in & waited. No one told us our order was ready neither did they bring it to table. So it sat there getting cold until we checked back in with front counter lady. No apologies nothing about rewarming it or new. There was no atmosphere unless you call family with 3 little girls sitting quietly in corner.

Went through the drive through two days ago with a semi large order, I was respectful and understood it takes time with big orders. The lady over the speaker was very rude the whole time always asking if that was it then getting upset when I added more. I pull up to the window still being respectful and they give me my drinks. 10 mins later they come back with my food and say “here is that” in a tone that implies that there is more coming and they leave the drive through window open. So I’m sitting there wondering if I’m getting more and a worker comes up and SLAMS the drive through window closed. I sit there shocked for 5 MORE MINUTES then the worker comes back and in the most rude tone ever asks why I’m still sitting in the drive through. I told her respectfully that I was just confused and she made it seem like there was more. On top of this terrible service they forgot a whole soup and a sandwich. I just don’t like how these workers made me feel like I was a creep for being confused and they COULDNT EVEN GET MY ORDER RIGHT.

The staff here is awesome. Customer Service is always stellar. They always get my order right and they are so friendly. I highly recommend their food, teas and they have a really nice lobby. Great job!!

Might’ve been an off night. Ordered online for curbside. Supposed to be ready at 619. Got there at 621 and hit the I’m here button. Noone came. After 12 minutes I called. A few minutes later a kid came out without the food. Says they didn’t have my order, I sure him on my phone the order and receipt. Asks me if I’ll come in and talk to someone else. Go in. A girl at front takes a bag from pickup orders and hands it to me. I said had this been sitting here for 20 minutes? She says no, just came out. Never apologized. Hey home. Had paid extra on one meal to have boiled eggs as the side. No eggs. On top of that here’s the picture of the rice bowl we ordered.

Clarissa was our cashier and she was so pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. Our order was accurate and absolutely delicious! It’s nice to go to a restaurant and have not only good quality tasty food but a pleasant person to wait on us. Go Clarissa! Go Panera – love Panera.
