The staff at this location is the best. Store is always clean, food is on point, and the staff is so helpful and friendly. This was also the first Jersey Mike’s I had ever been to, and it set the bar high from the get-go.

I stopped by Jersey Mike’s recently and was helped by George, and I have to say—his service was absolutely excellent! He was incredibly polite, friendly, and attentive from the moment I walked in. You can tell he really cares about making sure every customer has a great experience.
George took the time to make my order just right and even double-checked everything to make sure I was satisfied. It’s rare to find someone who brings such a positive attitude and professionalism to their work.

I had the absolute best experience at Jersey Mike’s today! From the moment I walked in, the place smelled amazing — fresh bread, sizzling steak, and that perfect deli aroma that makes your mouth water instantly. But what really made my visit special was Fernanda. She was so friendly, upbeat, and clearly takes pride in what she does. She greeted everyone with a smile and made my sub exactly how I wanted it — fresh, perfectly layered, and bursting with flavor.
You can tell Fernanda genuinely cares about making each customer happy. She even took the time to double-check my order and made sure everything looked perfect before handing it over. That kind of attention to detail is rare these days!
The food, of course, was incredible — the bread was soft and warm, the ingredients were super fresh, and that signature “Mike’s Way” finish tied it all together beautifully.

I had stop coming here years ago it was awful back then. This last month I decided to give them another try I’ve come in probably over a dozen times now. The guy that is now running this place (Hue I believe is his name)makes it what jersey mikes should be! Everytime I have come in he is always there and in such a great mood always smiling, give him a raise! Does he sleep in the back lol. He knows my order without me even telling him. The crew he has is amazing the store is clean and food is fresh and they get it to you fast, I wish I could leave more than just five stars. If Hue was able to turn this store into heaven on earth please get a Hue at every jersey mikes.

The service provided Jack by was great. However when I walked in the door the young lady had a glove on and playing in her hair behind the counter. She proceeds to grab a glove for the other hand without changing the other. When I asked her to change her gloves she says I was about to. All of this without hair net. I never saw her wash her hands and of purse I requested that Jack fix my food. Please make sure she knows that this is a DHEC no.
