Did a pickup for my wife. She doesn’t eat meat on Fridays for religious reasons and thus I ordered the tuna sandwich. The receipt shows a tuna sandwich also but the store packed a turkey BLT sandwich. She had a bite of it and it threw her off. Very irresponsible of the store to not check what they prepare and pack. Makes me wonder if this is how they treat a major request how they treat minor customization requests like no cheese if some one is lactose intolerant.

Very relaxing and quiet environment. I like the design and building. I wish we had more branches of Panera in Fargo.

My friends and I came in during rush hour, and the staff were so nice when it took longer than usual to make— even let me pick out 3 free pastries for the wait!! Super nice and friendly even though they were understandably busy and understaffed. Great customer service.

I self ordered a ham sandwich which was half a sandwich which came with ham, tomato, red onion, and lettuce. There was no cheese on the sandwich which I did not know before ordering due to only a small photo of the sandwich. Quite pricey for the quality. Bread isn’t everything. I also ordered a chicken noodle soup which had 2 noodles and some shreds of chicken. Not very filling or appetizing. This is the second time the chicken noodle soup was lacking in noodles and chicken. Expensive lunch which was hardly enough to eat. The restaurant appears to be more of a hangout with some patrons standing in groups talking which is dangerous when people are trying to walk with hot soup.

I ordered two half salads & a bowl of soup. The salad cost $7.99 and was supposed to be an Apple Pecan CHICKEN salad. NO chicken. My daughter’s salad was the same size but $8.89! Both were the size of a side salad you’d get with your meal at a restaurant! Super small! What has happened to your prices & portions?? Will not be back.

One of my fav. Places to meet for pastry and coffee or tea. Fav food is the harvest squash soup in a bread bowl when it’s in season. Their chicken strawberry poppy seed salad is my summer choice. I do feel sometimes there could be more lettuce n dressing it is so good.

It’s overpriced hospital food that takes 2x as long to get to you, if they even have your menu items in stock. The drive through has been closed for over 3 YEARS. For $11 sandwiches they could pay enough people to staff a drive thru.

I placed an online order for a Pick Two Steak and White Cheddar sandwich with a Green Goddess Cobb chicken salad. What I got was a Napa Almond Chicken Salad sandwich and a chicken Cobb salad with no chicken. I didn’t go back and get it replaced because I was already home and I was hungry. The food tasted fine, but I still feel a bit ripped off. I hope whoever got my dinner enjoyed it.

They have a drive-through, but you have to order online a head of time. At that point, what is the point of a drive through. Especially reading the reviews about all the messed up online orders.

This Panera used to be fairly decent. Went there today to learn their drive-thru has been closed for ages. What more is their entire restaurant was closed at 5pm on a Saturday.
