Went in for a quick coffee and ended up staying longer than planned. The cafe has a relaxed feel, nothing fancy but comfortable, and it didn’t feel rushed even though there were a few people coming and going. I ordered a latte and a breakfast sandwich. The coffee was solid, not too bitter, and the sandwich was warm and filling without being greasy. Staff was polite and handled orders smoothly, even when it got a little busy. Prices felt reasonable for the area. Seating was clean and spaced out enough to actually sit and talk. Overall, it’s a good spot to meet someone or get a little work done without distractions. I’d come back again for sure.

We stopped for a quick dine-in meal and it did not disappoint. The food is great and the service was quick. The lobby was clean and there were plenty of booths and tables available. The only drawback was some table busing needed to happen. Great stop!

For all of us “Panerians” who love Panera, there is nothing more to say. However, for those who have not have the pleasure of eating here, what are you waiting for? The food is made fresh to order, very tasty, pleasing to the pallet, and satisfying to the soul. Soups, sandwiches, salads, breads, and my favorite, French Baguettes. Pricing my seem expensive, but all of us pay for the things that we like, so I’ll keep it at that.
When I go to Panera I get the Grilled cheese and a large Bacon macaroni and cheese with a large Passion Papaya Green tea. Ya wanna talk about a Heavenly combo, well, this is mine. I usually have my order for take out, but dining here is pretty neat as well if you like a little booth all to yourself like I do. Staff is friendly and helpful with the kiosk. Just ask for help as this place is hopping at getting orders ready for their customers.
A bit of advice, always thank them for serving you. These guys work very hard everyday all day, just so we can enjoy good food. I can’t say enough about the people who serve me as I am truly grateful when I take that first bit of favorite childhood food. After, writing this can you guess what I’m gonna have for lunch today? 😉

I haven’t been to Panera in years! Was craving soup so I ran on my lunch break. I did the Pick Two deal, was a lil surprised by the price but after I got my food I could tell I got my moneys worth! The salad was so fresh, full of ingredients, large in size and filling. The soup was delicious as well.

The food is always amazing, especially the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt, which is my favorite. The latte was also top-tier. I really love the atmosphere, and the staff overall was friendly and great. However, I did notice that the manager, Lynn, seemed frustrated with an employee, which felt a bit uncomfortable to witness and made me feel bad for them. Aside from that, it’s a great place and I’ll definitely be coming back.

My food item was absolutely SUPERB! Everything about the food I ordered was perfect temp, taste nd timing, down to how neatly prepared it was. This store should find out who that worker was nd commend her/him bc when I inquired who, those in the kitchen immediately thought something was wrong nd shied away from giving me a name. AnyWHO, they easily beat out the last ten PBs I’ve visited for food prep. It is greatly appreciated.

Very good food. Great kids and adult options. The lemonade and pop options were excellent. The Raspberry Ice Tea was great. The staff was very friendly. The dining room was a bit messy.

Our order was completely wrong. The food was delicious, just not what we ordered. However, Panera GM was very good and responsive when I let them know and fully refunded me and gave me a coupon. Not sure what was going on inside this particular store, but it did help knowing that Panera quickly and effortlessly fixed the problem.

My husband never gets the fruit cup when he orders a breakfast meal. Yes, he gets the sandwich, but they can’t seem to read the words Fruit Cup. It has happened too many times. He’s done with this restaurant.

I found a hair in my coffee and brought it back to the Fargo Panera. The older woman at the counter started yelling and making a scene instead of handling it professionally. I simply asked for a refund or equal exchange, but was met with disrespect and attitude.
As the only Black woman there, I was made to feel unwelcome and singled out. Completely unacceptable behavior. The manager tried to help, but the staff’s lack of respect and customer service is alarming. I won’t be returning.
