Good food, took a while to get our order, they were pretty busy. Prices are definitely high for what you get. I wish the autumn harvest soup was all year long! Tried the new Mexican street corn shower and that was alright.

food is good. expect for when they tell you too come forward your food, and then it’s out of stock for 20 minutes. then you come back 20 min later and they say 15 min longer , so you come back 5 minutes later and there out of stock? didn’t even get my sodas. service is GREAT when you get the manager , otherwise …eh.

I got into the drive-thru at 12:10 p.m. I finally reached the window at 12:40 p.m. at 12:58, a full 18 minutes after the person had taken my payment, I still did not have my food. Also nobody had even checked into me to tell me that there was going to be a wait. I called and asked the manager to come to the window to talk to me and the young lady was not apologetic, nor friendly. They said there were still three orders ahead of mine even though I have been sitting at the drive-thru window for 18 minutes, and in line a total of 50 minutes. I got a refund and got out of there because I’m not giving my money to people who are rude and don’t know how to run their business. I have never been in line more than 15 or 20 minutes here and this made me 30 minutes late for an appointment that I am now going to have to go into late and hungry. Not okay.

Had a pickup order and it was ready for me as I walked in and staff was very polite and greeted me and handed me my order! My order was also fully correct with modifications, which i appreciate so much!

I come here often as a delivery driver and never have I seen such awful customer service so consistently. Theres never staff in sight for me to pick up the customers order and it’s always behind the counter, I dont have a grab and go situation like other restaurants. However when I pick up personal through the drive thru, someones always there. Fix your staff.

Store was clean, pretty quiet & I got a chicken fiesta sandwich this go round. I felt the meat in the sandwich might not have been chicken based upon the texture & squishy feel of it. It was least to say, not eaten. I did however go back & swap it out for my tried & true broccoli & cheese soup.

This may be the slowest food service in Duluth. I either had to wait for them to grow the ingredients for the soup or for another customer to order the other half of my sandwich before they would make it. I waited more than 30 minutes in the drive through line.

I ordered a dozen bagels -sliced. The bagels they had on display looked strange but it was all they had. The next day I put them on the table for my guests and when we opened them they were pure dough inside – not baked at all. So the next day I grabbed three in a baggie and brought them back to the Miller Trunk store. They gave me three bagels for my trouble. I said we had more than three bad bagels. They gave me a couple more. I hope the five bagels they saved were worth losing this customer over. Terrible – do not buy their bagels.

Their drive-through is stupid slow. It would be faster to sit down in a dining room at a sit down restaurant and eat then it would be to go through their drive-through. Fix the problem. I promise you that you’re losing business over this people don’t have time to sit in a drive-through for a half hour. This is crazy. people are honking in line nonstop. Oh my God, did they even get food?
