Came here Tues, 6/3/25. To redeem a birthday treat. I was super surprised to see no bread or bagels or anything of the sort, behind the counter in the bins /baskets. I think there was a new guy working because I said I was there to pick out a pastry for my birthday freebie and he held up a little bag of mini chocolate chip cookies and he said, you could have these for $8! No thanks, I’m here for the freebie. I get it, they upsell, but not this time. I got this new item, to me, that was this chocolate filled croissant, with a chocolate drizzle on it. Super good! I shared it with my husband. It was really quiet when I stopped in, around 3pm? Great time to go. I can’t comment on the main food, but my item was great! See my photos!

Love the fireplace! The manager, Matthew, took the time to check in with us which I really appreciated. Also, the cashier offered other suggestions to change a sandwich so not spicy. Great choices!

This location is terrible. Don’t go here you will be disappointed. I tried twice because my daughter loves the chicken soup. The customer service is the worst by far. Go to any other Panera its worth the drive. Its to bad this location is close to my house. I will drive alot longer to a different location to avoid this location.

The food was amazing. This is what I’m talking about. Great service, and we tried Panera for the first time today. If I could rate this higher I would. Real smoothies that don’t taste watered down or fake. The cinnamon bun sausage sandwich was made perfectly. Sausage came out done and not slimy. All in all 10/10 I encourage more people to try. Yes it’s worth the price.

Be Warned! If you order delivery and your order is wrong or has missing items you’re out of luck! Correctly received 2 out of 3 pick2 orders. With one order, I only received my soup, chips and au jus but no sandwich. I called to have the issue resolved. There are 3 options and none are good customer care. 1)You have to go to the store to pick up your missing item. 2) They will credit your credit card for the missing item. 3) You get a voucher for the price of the missing item but you can only redeem in store or carryout. I was refunded only the price of the sandwich, was let down and still hungry. Will not use again, very disappointed!

I always order the same exact thing, but I always go to the Vadnais Heights location… today I was near this one so I figured, what’s the difference? My salad had so much brown or wilting greens that I was too grossed out to eat it after I picked out the worst pieces… so I threw away a $9.00 salad!! Smoothie was great, staff was friendly. I guess it is like McDonald’s, where I need to visually inspect my to go order before I drive away… Just disappointed and still hungry! Also, called the store, pressed the option to speak to staff and it sent me to a fax machine sound… thanks guys!! Way to add insult to injury!! At least the dog seemed to enjoy the sprouted grain roll!!
