This is a Panera within the hospital building. It is nice to have multiple ordering kiosks for self help. Ordering through the kiosks is easy and intuitive. Food is prepared quickly. Tomato basil soup is good especially on a cold winter day to warm things up.

We always enjoy eating at Panera.

The Google directions to Panera are wrong and security was upset with us. You cannot eat inside unless you are staying at the hospital. They just threw everything in the bag, the smoothie spilled and the bread was thrown in unwrapped. The people who helped us were very kind. Excellent workers.

Ordered Marg Flatbread which is supposed to have cherry tomatoes, basil, etc… picture of what I got, sandwhich tomatoes with cheese…. Tried to scrap off but tastes completely different and disappointing.

I was her yesterday and got a FULL size service of tomato. It was such a wonderful experience yesterday, I ordered the EXACT same thing but this time I feel like I got jipped on my soup. I showered cashier and she acted like it was no big deal. If I am paying $5 a bowl for soup, I want a full serving! I’m highly disappointed as I was just getting to know the menu here!

Love Panera food & atmosphere, but the service at this location is the WORST! Family member getting daily treatment at hospital here so I’m here daily and if you order anything they need to prepare be ready for a long wait (even with no line, & 3 workers in the kitchen) a coffee and bowl of oatmeal took 14 minutes. Think I’ll just grab the cafeteria food from now on.

The standard good Panera food but the workers at this location DO NOT CARE. 30 minutes to get 2 oatmeal and 2 bagels and no it wasn’t busy. Here is a photo of how busy it was.

Located just inside the Hospital Lobby, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Convenient location food was good, as always.

You can only order from here if you have access to the hospital but they will take orders from everyone. Wasted $10 and 40 minutes figuring that out today.

My order was kinda pathetic. About 5 hairs found in the salad, barely any basil on my margarita flat bread, and the smallest cookie I have ever seen. This is just sad.
