Basic frozen, bagged soup overheated to the high heavens. Nice employees that seem to be on top of it, dining room was clean.
How can a business with the name BREAD not have any crackers for their soups.. had to settle for a day old baguette, at least there was butter.

Appreciated the longer hours over the weekend. Fast service. Friendly. Easy order process.The Tomato Soup was perfect. Nice to have while at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis. This location closes at 930am so it works great to grab bagels for the morning.

This is a Panera within the hospital building. It is nice to have multiple ordering kiosks for self help. Ordering through the kiosks is easy and intuitive. Food is prepared quickly. Tomato basil soup is good especially on a cold winter day to warm things up.

Workers are really nice and sandwiches come up fast when ordering online however it’s a really big bummer that when you’re part of the club or just want drinks, regardless they have extremely limited options and you have to pay a high amount for bottled soda as they do not have fountain drinks, which is really unfortunate to not have for the many workers, families and patients that come through needing it something affordable

The standard good Panera food but the workers at this location DO NOT CARE. 30 minutes to get 2 oatmeal and 2 bagels and no it wasn’t busy. Here is a photo of how busy it was.

The Google directions to Panera are wrong and security was upset with us. You cannot eat inside unless you are staying at the hospital. They just threw everything in the bag, the smoothie spilled and the bread was thrown in unwrapped. The people who helped us were very kind. Excellent workers.

Got some coffee, a fruit shake, and some food. Pretty much out of everything for their coffee you could possibly think of. Their fruit shake drink wasn’t even cold as described. Surprisingly, the food was halfway warmed up.
