Stopped in to pickup a charged cran-apple juice at Highland Park location. New to their SIP Club so was confused by website saying my order would be ready on the Take Out shelf. Gal behind counter couldn’t figure it out and shuffled thru all the food orders on the rack. When I said it was a beverage only order she just handed me a cup and pointed in the general direction of the dispensers. Got my beverage and left. No one ever verified that I was a SIP Club member. The beverage was OK, nothing special…and I’ll likely not order it again. Tried to add the promotional $1 bagel to my order online…kept ringing up at full price. Deleted it from my order.

This Panera is constantly out of baked goods by 9:00 to 9:30. There were eight of the bagel of which I wanted one and they were all gone by online orders by the time I got to the register where only one woman was at the register. I’ve been coming to this location for 5 years and they’ve gone downhill. It’s not as clean as it used to be and the service is not what I’ve come to expect from Panera. Unfortunately this location went from five stars to 2 as I’ve been consistently disappointed when I’ve attempted to come here.

I want to say thank you to the staff, management, and delivery guys at this location for making my hospital stay so much better. I’ve been ordering here all week thanks to a gift card given to me. It’s so much better than having the food at the hospital for 6 weeks during chemotherapy. Thank you all so much for the kind, fast, and accurate orders.
