My account was hacked & multiple orders were charged to my card at this location, while I live in Kentucky & have never stepped foot in Minnesota. When I received the email I saw the location of the order & immediately called the store. I spoke with the manager, Zoey, & she assured me she would cancel the orders & refund my money. Within minutes I saw the refunds in my bank. HUGE shout out to Zoey for her quick action, thank you so so much!!

Consistently happy with mud morning and early afternooñ stops for sometimes just coffee & a bagel or pastry. Other times lunch is so satisfying. If harvestime, the fall soup is something I invariably order. It’s the only place I have tried where their soup is creamy flavorful & says “take some home”.
There i love the 2 for combos. Perfectly satisfies a lighter eater with room for a little dessert,

I want to say thank you to the staff, management, and delivery guys at this location for making my hospital stay so much better. I’ve been ordering here all week thanks to a gift card given to me. It’s so much better than having the food at the hospital for 6 weeks during chemotherapy. Thank you all so much for the kind, fast, and accurate orders. Tonight I added my roommate to the order and he’s equally as greatful!

very odd and uncomfortable experience with the manager who was obviously doing too much getting things wrong and the employee up front. i came in 8/11 around 1:15-1:30 and will not return based on this encounter. Dont know if they need sleep, ear cleaning or a friendly reminder that all races matter but, i let karma do the work.

Fast food style mac and cheese with trace amounts of over cooked vegetables. If you’re a serious broccoli fan this is a major disappointment. The noodles/sauce are fine, the carrots slivers are pretty cool, but oh my gourd the broccoli is so bad. Tiny bits of very well done broccoli. I would expect a high quality broccoli experience from Panera. Add a lil bit more and cook it a lil bit less. The broccoli should carry the dish not bring it down. The iced tea situation is lovely and the workers are great.

This Panera is constantly out of baked goods by 9:00 to 9:30. There were eight of the bagel of which I wanted one and they were all gone by online orders by the time I got to the register where only one woman was at the register. I’ve been coming to this location for 5 years and they’ve gone downhill. It’s not as clean as it used to be and the service is not what I’ve come to expect from Panera. Unfortunately this location went from five stars to 2 as I’ve been consistently disappointed when I’ve attempted to come here.

I really like this location. Place is allways clean. Food taste great and is not too crowded. Nice place to have coffe or if you want to study.
