The ahi tuna salad was one of the best I’ve ever tasted – so many flavors and textures, and it went perfectly with a side of sweet potato waffle fries & horseradish dip. My aunt had the Fuji Apple salad with chicken which was equally amazing. The food seemed to arrive instantly and the staff was so friendly. You’d never know it from the outside, but this place is a hidden gem!

Loved the food! I had the Fuji Salad. Fresh fruit, hot and juicy chicken on top. It was excellent! My friend had the Ahi Tuna salad and it was delicious as well. The presentation of both dishes was impeccable. Loud atmosphere. Very energetic. Super clean tables and booths. Our waitress was wonderful! We’ll definitely be back!

Delicious food with lots of house made options, friendly staff, clean restaurant and bathrooms. Everything was great and we’ll go out of our way to eat here if in the area again. Sadly the broccoli soup was sold out already so we didn’t get to try it.

Being in a little strip mall, you wouldn’t think this place would be as good as it is. Food was 10/10, service 10/10, atmosphere 10/10. The pizza is phenomenal! Whoever cooks the pizza is a freaking master at their craft, lemme tell you. Oh gosh and the desserts are so good!!! I wanted to get all of them but I settled for the strawberry tres leches, it was heavenly! Strawberries were ripe and fresh, whipped cream didn’t taste canned and the flavor of the cake was very good. From the outside, you’re thinking okay, it’s a little diner but nope. When you walk inside it’s like you’re stepping into a modern fancy restaurant. I like that you can seat yourself. Also, our server James was the kindest most attentive server we’ve had in a long while! We are definitely going to come back next time we’re in town!! I’m telling all my friends!! Thank you for a great experience Cafe Del Sol!!

I know, you are thinking, what good food could possibly be in that parking lot without a major store. Kinda hard to see from the road that there is even a restaurant there.
