Takeout took way too long and I didnt even get the right sandwich. I dont even know what was on it but it tasted average. The bread was like chewing on rubber and definitely not enough flavor on the chicken. It also gave me a HORRIBLE stomachache. Thanks for reminding me why I hate Panera.

Panera generally has good food and service…today we ordered food to go and it was during lunch so there was a lengthy wait which is fine and to be expected…when we received the food there was a missing item…when we called the employee acknowledged the mistake and said that there would be a voucher along with the missing item…when i went in later I picked up the rest of the order but no voucher was provided…good food but in general it is a good idea to check your order to make sure that everything is there.

Spectacular quality and flavors. Customer service that exceeds expectations! You simply have to try the chicken avocado sandwich. The flat bread pizza is shockingly better than restaurants that primarily serve pizza!
