Came for a quick lunch with a friend inbetween classes. It had taken 45 minutes for the food to be done and the bagels were burnt. After waiting that long we had said something about it to the manager, he offered new ones. Then he dropped them on the floor. We had to wait even longer for 2 bagels. We ended up being late to class. If you’re in a time frame, do not come here.

Waited in the drive through for 25 minutes before getting our food. (We were the ONLY ones in the drive through). The store was not busy either, so that was not the reason. I could see the employees standing around inside. Finally got our food –bread bowl just thrown in the bag loose which seemed weird. Absolutely no utensils or napkins, despite having mac and cheese and soup in our order. Not at all impressed and will not be coming back to this location. When I went in to get the utensils there was plenty of employees there… so not sure why everything was SO SLOW and the service SO BAD.

Overpriced hospital food. I don’t know what happened to this place but I thought it was remodeled. The inside was disgusting. Almost all the booths were stained- see picture. The dinning area was very unclean. It was very busy but staff were extremely short and rude when bringing up an order issue. Not to mention the portions seem to keep getting smaller
.. Clearing bakery order off the board that aren’t even served. Sandwich missing ingredients. I did do the survey and was contacted by manager so I appreciate that. I don’t know if this place is severely understaffed or what but very long wait times with dirty inside make this less than diserable.

I like Panera. It is usually a solid experience for grabbing a sandwich or an interesting salad. This time we got a couple of the mediterranean salad. (we actually ordered two different salads, but they mixed up and gave us both the same. it was good, so we didn’t bother to mention). Always enjoyed the side baguette with butter (ours seemed less than oven fresh baked). We got ice tea. Unfortunately they no longer offer lemon slices.
It’s a decent choice when you want a quick, interesting, and relatively fresh salad.

I went to ask for assistance as the kiosk would not accept a gift card. Credit card was the only option. The person working at the front turned around and walked away from me. I had to loudly say “excuse me”. After they finished what they were doing, they turned around and I explained that the kiosk would not take a gift card. They said they needed to ask someone and then that person needed to ask someone. We never got an answer and the person just stared at me from behind the counter. It was not an operator error. There was no understanding of customer service. We used to be able to come in and talk to a person who pleasantly took our order. These kids are scared to talk to people. When hiring, you need someone who knows how to communicate. Even if they didn’t understand the kiosk situation, walking away when you see a customer approaching you is not the answer.

I came here to study and find myself having the utmost splendid of a time. I had a wonderful interaction with a worker named Lauren, and she is just the sweetest, funniest girl ever!! I would come back just to be serviced by her alone. If it were up to me, that girl would get a raise!!!

Ordered my food online. Drove 20 minutes to go pick it up and when i got there they had not even started my order. Store wasnt that busy, but I waited another 25 minutes and my order wasnt even correct. I ordered 2 sandwiches and a bowl of soup, so im flabergasted at the inaccuracy and inefficiency of the kitchen.

Went through the drive thru, the lady could not hear us or understand us. It took 10 minutes to receive our food. My hot sandwich was room temperature, and the baguette my husband received with his soup was just thrown in the bag, not even wrapped.

I approached the drive-through behind one car who was already at the pick-up window. I had to wait more than 5 minutes before even just ordering. I ordered a bowl of soup with a baguette. That’s it. I waited another 10 minutes to get my soup, which was then luke-warm at best. The car at the window had a large bag of items. Why they didn’t have them pull up and wait for their large order? I don’t understand. The drive-through always takes forever, and it’s not like you can leave (you’re trapped in the line). In addition to being luke-warm, the chicken wild rice soup was awful. I’ve had this many times, and it didn’t taste anything like normal – there were weird chunks of spinach and different things in it. I will not be returning.

My wife ordered on the app at 5:30 PM for a 6:15 pick up. I did not get our food until 6:50. When I got home, my order was incorrect. I ordered a whole sandwich, but only received a 1/2 sandwich. Tried calling twice (after 7, per the answering service message) and was disconnected after it kept ringing. Both times. Beware all who try to order from this hellscape of a restaurant.
