Used to go here regularly since the proximity made it convenient. Place was fantastic a few years back, but started to fall apart after COVID hit and never quite recovered. Tables are never clean nowadays, food prices climb while quality falls, flies have been sitting on the counter resting right next to the food prep area the last few times I’ve been in, bathrooms are disgusting, etc. Seems like they’re constantly short-staffed and under poor management, though I’m not sure if that’s just coming down from corporate pressure. I feel bad for the employees since they simply can’t do it all. Whatever the company structure was before COVID hit was amazing, but that’s not what this place is anymore. Food was delicious!!! Place was clean. Great location with plenty of parking. Came at around 7.30pm and it took awhile to get my food to go. There were probably 8 orders that were filled before me that came after me. It’s ok though–they were nice and thanked me for mt patience. Service was good, just a little slow tonight.

Do not go here if you’re in any kind of a hurry. Apparently only one person can take an order despite how long the line is. Other staff members just walk on by. The server was friendly and the order was adequately prepared but it takes way too long. This has happened on more than one occasion but last time for me.

Slow, slow, slow. The cashier was super slow which created a huge line. Then took forever to take my order and still got it wrong. Then after that it took almost 15 minutes for them to get my order ready and they forgot my potato chips. This isn’t the first time this is happened to me at this location but it’s the last cuz I’m not spending another dime there

Soups were delicious as always. I was quite disappointed in the quality put into my sandwich though. My sister and I both ordered sandwiches with avocado and found them to be extremely hard avocados. And I mean hard like this thing flew across the table when I tried to press it with a knife. Like ok a had avocado but when I told the manager about it he only said that they’ve been having problems with their supplier and that he personally wouldn’t have served it but their it away, he apologized but that was all. Hearing from people who’ve gone to this location before the avocado problem is not new and has been neglected to be remedied as they’ve served hard avocados for a long while. I also wonder about other service at this location as a lady complained about her iced coffee being pale and flavorless. Like I said soups are great but probably best to avoid anything with avocado in it

Constantly changing hours without updating. Today they were closed at 2pm, last week it was 3pm, Google says it should be open at 9pm. Don’t waste your time coming to this location, there are several others in the area

Paid 1.89 extra for avocado on my salad and got about two pieces. Don’t worry though, I got about 20 tomato cherries. Don’t know if they think I’m color blind or what but not super pleased.

Ordered a Bread Bowl with soup and when I came to pick it up there was NO BREADBOWL! Also we were the only ones in the drive thru and everyone looked at us but never helped us or gave us our food until we were literally waving at the people. Honestly I don’t go to Panera often and when I do I remember why I don’t come much in the first place.
