I ordered through the drive thru. Ordered Pick 2. Wanted to try the new Bacon avocado melt and got a green goddess salad. Waited 20 min. Watched 4 employees good around while I waited. Got home—is this really the standard amount of bacon that comes on this sandwich? Bacon crumbles?? Poor quality. For $13 I’ll go elsewhere for a mediocre meal

I was charged $38.69 for food I never got after cancelling my order less than two minutes after placing it. The Panera website says a bowl of Broccoli Cheddar Soup is $8.59 and a brownie is $3.99, but Uber Eats tried to charge $10.79 per soup and $4.99 per brownie, plus a $20 delivery fee — even though I pay for Uber One, which should give me free delivery.
When I cancelled right away, the app said it was successful but then claimed I still had to pay “to compensate the restaurant.” Now I’m stuck filing a credit card dispute just to get my money back.
Customer service doesn’t take phone calls anymore, and the chat bot refuses to refund anything. Absolutely ridiculous — charged in full for nothing. Avoid this Panera until they fix their pricing and refund policies.

Not really a Karen but… The quality of the product has gone down exponentially. Avocados are so hard and unripe you can’t even saw through them with a knife. The “new recipe” sandwiches are just shrinkflation and have bread slices as thin as humanly possible. Sandwich half is almost 8 dollars and is smaller than ever. It’s just sad. Last time I ever eat here and cancelling my sip club.

I do not recommend this location. Both times I have been here I have waited insanely long to get my food. 30 minutes in the drive through and when dinning in, it was an hour. There were several people going up to the counter getting refunds for the wait.

Panera Cinnamon Swirl & Raisin Bagel: Bagels typically are not a part of my diet, but I do love having a good warm cinnamon bagel as a treat during the colder months. Panera’s version is a sourdough bagel swirled with cinnamon and cinnamon flavored chips, brown sugar and raisins. Although it’s a massive bagel there’s nothing special or flashy about it (unlike their tantalizing Cinnamon Crunch Bagel), but it delivers what is expected out of that type of bagel. Pleasant, if not light cinnamon flavor, a moderate number of raisins, and a satisfyingly chewy texture (I prefer to warm mine in the microwave as opposed to a toaster). I also like to slather mine in Cinnamon Toast Crunch Creamy Cinnamon Spread (not available at Panera). Panera has some tasty spreads, but they don’t have a cinnamon spread of their own (maybe somebody at Panera will take note). The bagel is no better than a frozen cinnamon raisin bagel from my local grocery store and I wouldn’t go out of my way to get another, but I would pick it up again in the break room at work. We ordered using the app because there was no one at the front, The email said the food would be done in 13 minutes, it actually took 36 minutes for the food to be done. We had to clean our table and other 4 person tables had broken seats. The portion sizes were small for the price we paid.

When we first got there the lady at the counter seemed annoyed. My mother-in-law had a question because she couldn’t remember the name of the sandwich she had previously a few years ago. The woman at the counter was rude and acted like she was talking to a child or someone incompetent.
I got their new Modern Caprese sandwich with broccoli cheddar. They first messed up my soup order and both of our sides, but were quick to fix the problem. The sandwich tasted great but it’s more of a snack than a meal. I was highly disappointed in how small this sandwich is! It’s the size of my thumb!

Panera is a great restaurant. Don’t get me wrong I love their salads and soups. I didn’t know they had breakfast and was so excited!!! I got a parfait because you can’t go wrong with parfaits. what is this??? I paid 5 dollars for this? it’s not even half full and there is no granola on it. Go to kwik trip it’s better They also forgot my bagel and then when I went there yesterday my soup was filled up halfway and the other one was the same and wrong. Step up.
