I don’t like to write negative reviews, and this is only the second one I’ve ever written. The woman at the drive-thru was extremely rude, and she slammed the window shut while I was talking. Then she sent someone from the back to deliver my meal, which made me sort of scared to eat it. She went straight back to the window when I drove away.

Panera is my favorite for broccoli cheddar soup, you just can’t go wrong when you order this. My sandwich was delicious after my modifications. I always order from the kiosk so I can modify myself. I went after lunch rush and all the tables were clean.

If I could give the service 0 stars, I would. I went through the drive thru this weekend and the female worker was very rude while I was ordering, didn’t read back my order and did not give me a total. Then I waited 10 minutes for her to come to the window with my food. I told her that the coffee size she gave me was wrong and she basically slammed the window closed and walked away. So I sat there waiting, again, for 10 minutes as I could see the manager and another worker inside but no sign of her. I called the restuarant and spoke to the manager, who was super rude to me as well. He told me that the worker was making my coffee and it takes time. Geez, she could have told me that before slamming the window in my face. It seems like there a lot of unhappy reviews so someone at the corportation may want to take a look at the staff at this location and make some changes.

Panera is a great restaurant. Don’t get me wrong I love their salads and soups. I didn’t know they had breakfast and was so excited!!! I got a parfait because you can’t go wrong with parfaits. what is this??? I paid 5 dollars for this? it’s not even half full and there is no granola on it. Go to kwik trip it’s better They also forgot my bagel and then when I went there yesterday my soup was filled up halfway and the other one was the same and wrong. Step up.

Very sloooooow service. Have waited more than a half hour for a relatively simple takeout order. Long wait to order on kiosk, then long wait for foods. People kept asking the very busy prep people in order window where their food was. Lots of confusion about where orders are.

I had such a long day and was hoping Panera was going to make me feel better but it didn’t . I was very disappointed in their Mac and cheese. It’s usually good but today the effort was not there. it was very watery and the noodles hard. No matter what the time is when a customer shows up, the food should not be made as poorly as what we received.

Just got dinner. Two bites into the steak sandwich it became painfully obvious the steak WAS RANCID! I took it apart and it was covered in slime and smelled disgusting! I can’t believe they would serve literal garbage. I want a refund! And I definitely WONT BE BACK
