Went hear today for burgers and fries, this was 2 quarter pd cheese, meals, so $19.00, the burgers were okay , the fries were limp and not hot, yet we were at lunch time and 5 cars back.Also ordered 3 hamburgers plain, and explained no onions, ketch or mustard, went to pay window, he had as cheeseburgers, went to pick up window she had hamburgers but with everything. so not impressed, listen to the order, and no one should get terrible fries at Mcdonalds. But i can tell you Badger Tavern and Quiveys has great fries, and they are the same price as you or cheaper. I didnt rate atmosphere as Mcdonalds doesnt’ have any and I did not go in.

I placed my order and the machine did not give my receipt so I did not know what my order number had been, 2 people working in customer service saw that I needed help and ignored me.
Thank God another was very kind and was able to solve the problem.
The tables were dirty with food scraps, paper scraps on tables and floors, the bathrooms had an unpleasant smell.

The Verona McDonald’s has always had great service when I’ve been here. The staff is very friendly. They always are cleaning thd restaurant as well. I see people often cleaning tables, windows, counters etc. I prefer this location over my local one.

I’d be cautious when ordering at this location. I’ve seen some of the workers go into the BATHROOM without taking their aprons off? Gross. Not to mention my visit today they tried to give my husband his soda cup but it had some weird black stuff dried at the top of the cup near the rim. We tried to tell the one of the workers it was dirty, I don’t think she spoke English. She looked at us confused and told her boss, who also didn’t speak English to come help us. We tried to tell him we needed a new cup but he said “ok” and tried to have to us keep that same cup. We then physically showed him what was wrong and he finally gave us a CLEAN cup. The language barrier made the whole experience frustrating.

UPDATE: Every time I’m there now there’s at least one thing wrong… there’s no napkins available, no soap in bathroom in kids’ playground, tables often dirty and not cleaned by staff, no straws have been available and orders are often wrong. If my kids didn’t like the playground, I wouldn’t go.
The best part of this location is the kids’ playground. It can get a little dirty at times and they don’t stock the wipes container in there, but it’s free entertaining for the kids. It’s a pretty busy location, but food still is prepared pretty quickly and staff is generally nice.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT YHIS LOCATION!!!! I was in the drive thru waiting my turn and the person at the window was taking orders in the other line and completely skipped me not once but twice. They have very poor customer service and when I went to the drive thru window to let them know what they were doing I got no response no apology nothing!!!!!! Just a blank stare! I DO NO RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYONE!!!

I ordered two cheeseburgers with lettuce and a couple packs of mayo in the bag, had to circle the building because they forgot my mayo, the cheeseburgers had the stickers on them. I get home, I got two cheeseburgers with only ketchup. So they just charged me extra to give me a burger with less. Went inside to get it fixed and was told to go to the back of the line. So stole my money and refused to correct it. I get it’s a low paying job a minimal amount of effort would be nice.
