I don’t know what happened when they remodeled but it seems to have ruined their efficiency with take out orders inside. Used to be quick but we’ve been in twice since then and both times we’ve been the only ones waiting for food. One of our orders will come out fine but the other will wait an additional 10+minutes for food so whoever got their stuff first has their food get cold.

Rude at us after we wanted compensation for our ice cream after the machine being broke. We thankfully got 2 shakes to make up for it. The place here is usually fine and the food is expected for being a McDonald’s but becoming almost common where food is cold or seems like it was made hours ago and not recent.

This might be the worse McDonald’s in Southern Wisconsin. Numerous issues but the staff is hit or miss. They dont clean the burger trays or grill properly so the pattys are super salty. Fresh fries are just plain unheard of at this location
