Panera Bread has the best macaroni and cheese I have ever tried! I love the amazing food they offer. The bread bowl idea is very good. I would definitely recommend Panera!

Really good food! The sandwiches look small, but are actually filling. The broccoli cheddar soup was delicious. Food is a little pricey, considering it’s mostly sandwichs and soup. Best suited for lunch or a quick bite to eat while running errands. Service is a little slow; I ordered for pick up and still had to wait 5-7 minutes at the drive thru. window.

Food is good but the service was 5 stars. We were greeted and helped by Richard. He was personable, friendly, and smiling. It was refreshing to have a cashier who did their job greeting customers when that seems to be a lost art amongst all customer service. Great job Richard! Keep it up

The atmosphere is calming, and classic. Very good if you need to do work, homework, anything really. The employees where so sweet with the flower headband on their heads, the tables were clean. The food is absolutely good, I ordered the Mac and cheese, chocolate crossiant, tulip cookie, grilled cheese, the pick two get half and half deal. The Mac and cheese is very good and nice for picky eaters like me. The grilled cheese is also delicious . The chocolate crossiant tastes very much like a French one, and the tulip cookie was also fab and pretty but delicious too. The tables are very clean!

We ordered through the drive-through the dude that took our order was yawning and very hard to understand. We went to the window to pay and he took are card and took payment and decided to tell us that a soccer team showed up inside and the wait will be long. And we asked how long and he said idk the ticket isn’t even printed yet. Then he decided to tell us to go to spot 1 in the parking lot and we wait and wait for our food. He brings out the food and we check for everything and things from our Oder we’re missing. We go back inside and no one know what is going on and took forever. Don’t recommend getting drive through.

This location is absolutely fantastic. As a sip club member, I am in there 1-3 times per day to feed my coffee addiction and I order food 2x per week on average. Rarely do I see it dirty. If it is, it’s during a mad rush of customers and literally every employee is busy taking orders or prepping food. One reviewer mentioned a vacuum running during their visit. Yes I have seen this happen when it’s slow or a customer spilled something and they are trying to clean it up. Would you rather they stand around and do nothing during their shift? I’m pretty sure corporate would frown on that as would any business owner. Or would you rather they leave the mess until after they close for the day? I’m pretty sure you’d then be complaining it’s not “clean enough”. Things are rarely missed on our orders and if they are missed, the employees are human, for those who didn’t know. Simply ask for it to be corrected and they will. I think all of the long term employees recognize my husband and I. One even has our phone numbers memorized when we go to place an order or will be ready with our cups the moment we walk in the door if they are not already with another customer. Yes, sometimes it can be a wait for food but the only time that’s happened is when the restaurant is full and they are prepping order after order non stop. If you walk into a full restaurant with a line of customers waiting to place your order, you can expect to wait for your food. Especially when most items are made to order, they are not sitting under a heat lamp. Some of you have never worked in the food/beverage industry and your lack of understanding to a full restaurant shows your entitled attitude. And some of you just want to complain to get something for free or you are having a bad day so you take it out on everyone around you.

My only complaint is the coffee grounds in the coffee which was never an issue until they replaced their coffee makers. The reality is, the purchase of these coffee makers likely had to go through their district or regional manager so I can’t even blame the staff at this location for the poorly designed coffee makers. They work with what the are provided by the company.

I look forward to my after work coffee every day and my relaxing weekend mornings visiting with friends. Some of y’all could use a humbling lesson in patience, integrity and understanding – and maybe some help removing the stick from your rear.

Thank you to all the staff at Delavan Panera for all your hard work!

Customer service isn’t friendly, and I’m sorry but how is serving a rotten apple acceptable?
Kind of frustrating.

Ordered ahead for drive through pickup. Requested specific cookie, buy 1 get 1 coupon, to which they could fulfill just 1 of the Requests. They substituted 2 of their chocolate chip cookies to replace the one they couldn’t fulfill which seemed fair. Had the Asian salad it met their standard. I wish when ordering through the app a pain could Request to have the crunchy wonton strips on the side as they were no longer crunchy when I fit it home. The butternut squash soup is really yummy & highly recommend. Granddtr was excited for the mac & cheese & have it 2 thumbs up.The order was ready when I came through the drive thru.

I have to say I was very disappointed when I ordered a bowl of soup. Its a large bowl but wasn’t even filled half way. You guys cut down the soups to go in smaller containers and now not even filling the soup half way. I just won’t go any more. Thats ridiculous. My friend ordered the same and it was not half full either. If your gonna give us a cup of soup n the bowl than maybe consider changing your bowls. Again very disappointed!

My wife and I have been going to Panera for a long time but lately the order is wrong or they forget to put certain ingredients in the food talking about the salads. I think they need to have quality control this is getting old. I just don’t think they really care if your order is right
