So. I ordered a dozen and a half bagels for a company food day and it will be the last time I attempt this, at least through Penera. First off, when I placed my order the app said my order would be ready in 30-45 minutes, GREAT!!! It ended up taking over an hour, the bagels were literally thrown into a bag, and they were far from fresh (we threw about 4 away due to staleness). Except for how easily it was to use the app to place the order this experience was not good.

I got the you pick 2 option. I got a cup of chicken noodle soup and a half a sandwich. My order first came out with chicken and wild rice soup. They let me keep it said they couldn’t take it back and gave me my chicken noodle. It was awful. There were maybe 4 noodles in there, a couple of carrots and a little bit of chicken. It had a weird salty taste. Like they scraped it from the bottom of the pot and it had been sitting there for a while. If you’re out of chicken noodle, just say it. Don’t make people waste their money on basically nothing. The sandwich was fine.

The service is quick and friendly. The food is consistently high quality and fresh. However, I’ve seen better bathrooms (at least the men’s) at truck stops in Gary, Indiana. Please update your men’s bathroom. It’s embarrassing.

I eat here way too much. I love everything on the menu. The error rate is super low. It’s usually speedy as long as they are not understaffed and y ok u don’t come during rush times. Most of the staff is always pleasant and friendly. I don’t have anything bad to say. Panera Bread is a consistent go to for me.

Everyday for the last 3 weeks I have been to this Delavan Wisconsin location for lunch and yesterday was the first day that my entire order didn’t have to be adjusted due to the right type of lettuce being out and I was actually given the right soup and I actually received a fork and a spoon. I ordered the exact pick 2 every single day and pay with my business card or cash. Yesterday a branch manager was running the show at the window and if i had the time I would’ve spoken to her about this on going problem but I just like others have jobs to do and time is money in my lines of work. With the prices customers pay for service you’d think the least your workers could do is simply give the right order and utensils without inconvenience.

This panera location is very quick with my in app mobile orders and they’ve been accurate with the orders each time too. My go to order is the chicken bacon flat bread with a fuji apple chicken salad. This combo is the best!! I love their flatbreads, all of them we’ve had have been great. Same with the salads, many of them are great but this particular one keeps me coming back for it! I recently just tried the Mediterranean warm bowl with chicken and it was also VERY good and filling. Overall we’ve had great experiences with ordering through the app and the food we’ve received has always been good. The only downside I’d say is the pricing does seem to be going up a bit, as is everything else currently, unfortunately. But for the quickness of the food and the freshness, I’ve been willing to pay on occasion for the better food at Panera than another fast food chain.

I have never been a fan of this vendor. So let me start by saying that is not the case any longer. Their food was great, I had a breadbowl of French onion soup and it was great. I had lemonade for a drink which was not cold except for the ice I just added to it. Keep up the great work. Handicapped ♿️ accessible and free WiFi.
