I Love the Greek salad. It is suppose to come with a piece of bead, But they had no bread. They did offer me chips. BUT how does Panera Bread not have “Bread”. Really ??? I did buy their last bagel.

A co-worker picked up lunch for me I asked for Chicken Salad Sandwich and the corn soup. They apparently do not carry Chicken Salad sandwiches anymore even though it’s still listed on the menu. Since they did not have either items that I asked for I asked her to get me a Mediterranean Chicken Salad it was also listed on the menu, I did not get a salad I got some grain bowl the complete opposite from a salad, at this point I just wanted to eat until I saw a small bug crawl out of the bowl. When I called she said their Mediterranean salad is a grain bowl that they do not have just a salad. She also did not seem to care that there was a bug in my non salad. I visited Panera on Friday July 7, 2023 and I had the most amazing experience! Not only was the food quality superb, I was sitting down and Bill, a part of the Delivery Team, comes over and gives me a cookie! He was extremely nice and I do hope he gets the recognition he deserves!

Food is good as always, drink amazing, but I ordered two French breads with my Mac n cheese and they forgot both of them Didn’t realize until I got home, opened my drive thru bag to no bread. That’s literally the best part, and I know I get one free but I paid for another one because the Mac n cheese is almost too much without the bread. Would have gone back, but driving an hour for forgotten bread is too much. Drive thru worker was extremely pleasant too.

I just started going back to Panera recently. I moved to Sheboygan about 6 years ago and there was no Panera here prior to about a few years ago. I’ve only been to this location a handful of times. They made a few mistakes with my latte order so they offered 2 bakery items to make up for it AND the remade latte turned out great! Honestly every drink I’ve gotten has been awesome! (I’ve only gotten coffee items.) So I’ll definitely go back despite the mistakes.

Asked if the sandwich came on a baguette and was told yes. Got home to a half price of bread thrown in the bag, not wrapped or placed in anything. Just thrown down in the bag. The sandwich that was suppose to be on the baguette wasn’t even in the bag. Store doesn’t answer the phone when you call them.

Being in the Sip Club is SUCH a great perk! I’ve been taking advantage of it a bit. While I understand those grabbing waters as I pick up a large beverage, it’s such a great deal! If only there were more low carb options but I can certainly plan for a cheat day.

Literally ALWAYS out of food. When I ordered a sandwich with a side and they didn’t have ANY of the normal side options, there alternative solution was to charge an extra 2.50 for their more expensive side option because THEY were out of a side so I had to take the financial hit? Love going to other Paneras like the one in West Bend but the customer service and having no food makes this place unbearable to come to.

The worst penara I have ever been too. I have been here three times since moving to the area over the corse of a year, every time I come they are out of half of their menu. They have messed up my order every time I go(probably because I need to reorder 3 time because everything is out). The food is usually fine but nowhere near good enough to justify the price. I will not be coming back again and i recommend you don’t either.
