I am super happy with my food! Usually in some locations I’ve been in, I feel cheated with the portions of food and other times the rice is not completely cooked and it’s hard! I’m very satisfied with the service and food! Definitely returning!!

My friend and I ordered meals they only did my friends order completely forgot about mine we had to go back and repurchase my order and then finally got it. There’s very little service and they treat everybody like they should know everything about this place before they go in I thought it was very rude having never been in this place in Iowa

One star, because there is no “0 stars.” I can see why the location of this branch seems appealing, but I suggest Bruegger’s across the street, or Trader Joe’s down the road. Waited 20 minutes in line to be told that they were out of a majority of items. Pictured is a “large” soup. Bread was throw in the bag unwrapped. Used to love this place, pretty sad.

I haven’t been to Panera in a while, but like how you can go there, order a coffee and get to work. Once you build up an appetite you have some good choices, the only downside to me, it seems portion sizes shrank a bit

Great place but seems expensive for lunch. The man at the register is always nice and happy to take your order, cooks are friendly and give a kind smile. The only draw back is limited parking seating isn’t always available at lunch time.

I always enjoy stopping at this Panera Bread and service and food are always good. Until today. I went through the drive thru about 4:30 and had to wait about 15 minutes. I have no problem waiting for food if I know it’s worth the wait. Extremely disappointed today. My chicken on my Mediterranean Grain Bowl was too hard to eat and the portion was very small. Not sure if someone microwaved it to excess or what. Couldn’t chew it or cut it with a knife. I tried calling to complain but no answer. I never write reviews but in this case Panera needs to know so they can fix the problem for the next customer. I’ll be back to give them another chance but I’ll be checking my food before I leave.

The food is typical Panera fare and quality. The staff and the restaurant itself are just not good at all. We were there just before lunch. The person working the register greeted is with almost zero energy and was actually confusing. If we didn’t know the menu and sides, we would have been lost. The layout of the restaurant itself is just a disaster. Access to the seating to your right as you enter is almost completely blocked by the self ordering kiosk and tables, making it difficult to navigate, particularly when carrying an order. The area to the left of the entrance (towards the pickup counter and drinks) is very narrow and congested, with several tight areas also makes navigation difficult in that area. When trying to pick up my drink and again to get our order, members of the Panera staff actually walked right in front of me and then stopped, blocking my progress. I saw another staff member blocking the drink area while customers were waiting to use it. To emphasize the whole experience, while we were eating we watched two customers bump into each other in one of the narrow spots to the left of the entrance, resulting in one of them dropping their order. It was several minutes before anyone from the staff gave any assistance. Then, after mopping the area, they left standing water from the mop and just walked away. Meanwhile, because of the terrible layout and traffic flow, customers were lined up out the entrance (and it wasn’t that big of a surge). The staff needs some serious training and the facility itself needs a major rework. We won’t be back at this location.

Panera has become one of the most expensive places to go to get a quick drive-through bite.
