The food was good when I ordered it to be delivered and still surprisingly warm despite the cold weather we’ve been having . But as I was putting all the trash into the bag I noticed that that they called me Smelly on their receipt. What’s even more frustrating that is that a manger would left it go out like that. Definitely don’t feel comfortable ordering or eating there now.

Huge Shoutout to Maddy and the catering crew! I was able supply and awesome spread for my office group of 12 with little to no time or effort from me. I emailed Maddy what we were looking for and she had a great menu within my budget put together in hours. Even delivered and set it up herself too. Panera catering will be a regular for our office moving forward. Thanks Maddy!

I would like to give a huge shout-out to the catering manager at this location, Maddy. She was absolutely wonderful to work with. We had scheduled a catering order a week in advance, but our training was unexpectedly canceled and rescheduled for the following week. I contacted Maddy to see if it would be possible to move the order since it had already been paid for, and she handled everything flawlessly.
She had no issues pushing our order back a week and made the entire process seamless. Over the past couple of weeks, it has truly been a pleasure working with her on multiple food orders for our office. If you are looking to place a catering order, I highly recommend working with Maddy—she is by far the best catering manager I have ever worked with.

Wanted to share my experience the other day at this Panera location on 12/16/25. I walked in with my mom speaking toddler and ordered at the kiosk. I then was flustered and walking through the restaurant looking for a table and high chair. A man who I believe was the manager saw me and immediately helped and offered to get the high chair and take it where I wanted it. He then asked if we needed any water cups I said yes so he brought waters with lids and straws for me and my son. A few minutes later he brought my son a cookie and gave him a fist pound. This meant a lot because my son doesn’t communicate verbally so it felt so nice to see someone go the extra step to interact with him! He also asked what the name was on our order so he could get it and bring it to our table so that I didn’t have to leave my son at the table by himself. I was so blown away by the kindness of this manager! This was the first time anyone has ever done anything like that for us in public. So thank you to that manager. I didn’t catch his name, but I will always remember his kindness!

i just want to thank whoever made my fuji apple chicken salad with romaine lettuce instead of the mixed greens on 2/5. panera has been my main craving this pregnancy, and i’ve had quite a few salads over the last 5 months, but this specific salad had an amazing proportion of toppings to lettuce. it really made a hard day better. if i could get this every day made by the same person, i would give this panera every dime i have.

Go to this location if you want to get ignored for 10+ minutes. Want kind customers? Be receptive to them. Ask them if they need help or what you can do for them. So over paying premium prices and getting lackluster service.

went to Panera Bread to pick up my order, and the experience was flat-out unacceptable. The employee who “helped” me had one of the nastiest attitudes I’ve ever dealt with in customer service. They were rude, unprofessional, and acted like I was bothering them just by showing up. There was zero effort to communicate, zero respect, and absolutely no reason for the attitude I received. If this is the kind of person Panera chooses to have representing their business, it’s no wonder customers get frustrated. Management seriously needs to address this, because no one should be treated the way I was.

The usual good paneras food. Service is okay but you may need to remind staff of items ordered. The sip club was nice until they made you order lemonades so what took two minutes now takes ten.

I Always enjoy going to paneras they have wonderful pastries. Also the are you can drink coffee is delicious and I am appreciate that they change out the coffee regularly to have fresh hot coffee available. Also the staff appeared to be very nice and provided information when asked questions. Additionally the place was clean and appeared well organized the tables were cleaned and appeared that they were kept wipe down. Also the presentation of all the food that was behind where the cash register or the bakery component is was all well presented.
