Amazing food! I definitely recommend the roasted turkey and avocado BLT and Mac and cheese. Service was fast and food was hot. My one complaint is that the bread they serve is really stale. My sister just got braces and she could barely bite through it. Also there was a homeless guy begging for money and gave us a rose then he took it from us after we politely said no. I feel like the management should have kicked him out of the store but overall my experience was great and I will be coming back!

I love eating at Panera, however tonight was not so great. My French Onion Soup wasn’t hot enough to melt my cheese, the Pepperoni Flatbread Pizza tasted like the inside of a freezer and the cheese want melted. Coffee that’s usually super fresh and hot, was sorta warmish and no almond milk. I asked for some and they handed me the carton. For $25.00, I was expecting fresh, hot amazing Panera good and got what sorta was what they would normally throw out. As much as I love the French onion soup, it’ll be a while before I come back here again.

This Panera Bread location, in Ames IA on S Duff was the most disappointing Panera I have been to. It was unkempt. There was an odor the moment you walked through the door. And, the employees were not friendly. One employee was down right rude. (He looked at me, turned and walked away!) This is not my typical location and I am ever-so-thankful for that. I have no desire to ever return.

2 Greek salads. One with extra gets cheese. Simple order. NOT. NO EXTRA FETA. Below explains some of the other issues. Including napkins and plastic ware that was thrown in the bag by employee who without gloves or anything opened the bag and dropped them in after from the minute we walked in the door seemed to be bothered that we did. Employees walking past us like we were not even there. When I asked how it worked because I didn’t have the option to push the “I am here” button, girl just points at this shelf with bags on it and walks away. Bad all around
