Service was exceptionally slow. We ordered two breakfast sandwiches that have scrambled egg, chipotle chicken and avocado in the title. The first time they were made w/o scrambled egg. My wife took them back and they made another this time without avocado. I would say this place has issues with the work quality and training.

We ordered a family feast of 4 breakfast sandwiches. After getting back to hotel, found only 3 in bag. Called and spoke with manager who said there was a mix up and apologized. We said we would come back the next morning and she assured us they would take care of us. The next day we returned…got sandwich but they gave wrong cream cheese for bagel, wrong size drink and forgot our fruit cup!! My husband returned for fruit and we were given fruit that looked like it had been in fridge for a week. Everything was mushy and slimy, pineapple so broken down in was just sludge. Location seems convenient, but service is awful.

Used to love Penara…. you can tell they’re short staffed and management is not doing right by it. Very long wait times and holy moly prices are more than what they used to. Half a sandwich is now $8? Also look at how dirty the bowl for my Mac and cheese was… so sad to see Panera go downhill like this.

Went there after 6pm and the pastry selection was weak. The hazelnut coffee was not good. The dark roast coffee was decent. What helped was the service being so good and helpful.

Came here for lunch after the ‘rush’ time. Not a lot in the cases but thats to be expected. I really liked the pick 2 option with their soups, salads and sandwiches. I got the Southwest lime chili chicken salad and the roast rurkey and avocado blt. Yum. Pretty big portion of salad. Very chill atmosphere and easy parking.

All the food is amazing, love the half and half meals. The coffee is not good at all. It’s not a coffee shop so I still give it 5 stars. Mobile ordering is too notch, I ordered food 12 hrs in advance and the food was ready right on time.
