I usually love Panera, but I was pretty disappointed in their new “chef’s” chicken sandwich. First off…. Panera has always had great salads, soups & sandwiches, why do they keep adding menu items to fit in with the rest of the fast good crowd? I was kinda surprised to see them jump into the chicken sandwich war… they should have stayed out if it! The sandwich I ate yesterday was probably the worst chicken sandwich in the market. The bun was way too big for the dried out piece of chicken, fried pickles were a few small crumbles, spicy sauce was was almost unnoticeable. I was really disappointed. I guess I should stick with the soups & salads like I usually go Panera to eat. Or maybe Panera should stick with what they do best and forget about trying do it all.

So frustrated with the service from this particular location. Got a full tuna sandwich that they wrapped in 2 individual halves (ummm, why??), a bowl of soup, a salad… ALL FOR A WHOPPING $38!! Yep, $38! Sandwich didn’t have the red onions it was supposed to have, salad had everything it shouldn’t have. So annoying to pay that kind of money and your order is wrong. Oh, and no bread with the soup and salad. It’s almost laughable.

I loved it here! Great food and great service. And whenever we go there and they’re out of fruit cups, they’ll still cut up fruit for us. Going above and beyond really means a lot. So thank you for your excellent service!

$17 for my sandwich to only have 1 piece of bacon on it. Almost always get the hard end piece of bread too.

Sip club member and cups were behind the counter- asked for help was rudely told where they were. No coffee ready- had to ask- no napkins in takeout bag. All around bad service thank goodness the food still tasted good.

I love the food but their prices are getting absurd. I just paid $15 and change for one cup of soup and one bowl of soup. I can get two orders of soup from Olive Garden, a sit down restaurant with servers, and have unlimited refills for the same price.

I purchased a 4 cup container of chicken noodle soup to go! There was hardly a noodle to be found, 4 small chunks of carrot and flecks of what I assume was chicken and basically mostly broth! Forget what the cost was but expensive for a container of broth! Did I just get scapes from the bottom of the pot? It was very embarrassing to service this soup to friends

We went here to use our Sips Club. Their coffee is pretty good. Their Almond milk is pretty good and doesn’t taste sweet. My daughter got a regular iced coffee with half and half and sugar. I believe most places have a sugar syrup for the iced coffee…..not here. They are opening mini packs of sugar and dumping it into your cup. 1. Seems a bit touch-ie for this pandemic world and 2. It doesn’t melt quickly in cold coffee so you have to pull over and take time to mix it up. That can be messy and time consuming if you’re running late. We also got a chocolate croissant which was super bad and outrageously priced.

With as much as Panera charges, one should think they would put SOME KIND of wrapper/packaging on the food in addition to the outer bag. Even just a napkin, for goodness sake! At least wrap my toasted (if you can call a few brown spots “toasted”) sesame bagel to help retain some of the heat. Or to keep it from getting powdered sugar from the pumpkin muffin on it.
