I ordered the exact meal that was displayed on the menu billboard (which I never do), and I was glad that I took the chance. The Asiago bagel chicken Roma sandwich and the rustic potato soup were both excellent. They looked exactly like the photo, which also incredibly rare. I don’t give out 5 stars for atmosphere at chain restaurants, but the rest of this review is 5 stars!

Both My daughter and i were extremely disappointed with our chicken Asiago bagel yesterday. We LOVED their bagel sandwiches since we first had it last spring & we’re excited to see it came back ~ however…. The bagel this year was very different ( small & had different airy texture to it ) but the worst thing was they put only a couple piece of chicken in it ! I asked my daughter if there was any chicken in hers & she also said “ HARDLY ANY !” . What a waste of money !
The worst part of it was we were in Brighton and decided to go back to Howell because “ i like that one better “ ugh… not anymore !
Bagels are also not airy and “ squishy “ ~ I make bagels / breads and this would never make it for any farmers market sale .

Ordered chic,avo, bacon cold sandwich. Four tiny pieces of chic for $13.00. never will I eat here again. Friend got tuna with one teaspoon of tuna. Will never be back. Shame on there advertising and the very high cost.

After waiting in the drive through for about 16 mins total, in which I wasn’t greeted for quite a few mins until I said “hello?” And then upon leaving just closed the window without saying anything, I got the wrong sandwich. Jessica was my cashier. Everytime I come to panera, which I have always loved, it gets worse and worse. Ive received cold chicken on my sandwich, missing ingredients, sloppily made(almost everything on one side of the sandwich) and bad service. Im really over it

My family and I love the food at Panera Bread. It is a rare treat. We decided to have lunch and were disappointed that we had to order on a kiosk. We had a gift card that we were having trouble redeeming and ended up just using a credit card. There were signs to pick up our cups. There were none available and the kitchen staff didn’t offer us any as we stood waiting. We had a seat and waited for our order.
Our pager went off. We picked up our food, asked for our cups with the staff asking how many and what size. Set our food down for drinks, and we’re finally ready to eat. I was given the wrong size cup ( not a problem, refills available), wrong soup and my son’s bacon mac n cheese had no bacon.
I went to the counter where I was ignored. Then spoke loudly after several frustrations. The soup was replaced, bacon added, and a vague apology was given. But we will not return to this location.

I refuse to use a kiosk to order my food. It’s almost as difficult to read the wall menus with descriptions, and the girl at the counter was really not very helpful. Polite, but not very helpful. The breakfast sandwich I ordered was adequate at best, and the atmosphere was far from inviting. On the plus side, the coffee was excellent, but it would have been even better if someone had filled the half and half dispenser.

Haven’t had many problems with this Panera so today was definitely disappointing. Ordered a grilled cheese and tomato soup online for drive-through pick up, when I arrived the line was not very long (1 car at the speaker in front of me) but I sat in the drive-through line for 20 minutes before even getting to the speaker. And then about 10 more minutes before getting to the window. I understand it was dinner time and it was on the busy side but that is a little extreme. And then wasn’t even given an apology for the long wait.

This location has very friendly crew members which is always appreciated. I felt bad because I had to cancel an order and they were very helpful and understanding. I love their bacon turkey bravo and lemon poppyseed salad! This location is bright and clean and easily located, right off the road.

I specifically order a asiago bagel with garlic aioli, sausage, and NO EGG daily. This is 7+ $ and EVERY time i got to work and there was egg on it and i cannot eat eggs. Would not recommend going here due to incompetent/rude staff.
