I came and got a bowl because I wanted something different than the norm. This is like an Asian food chipotle. Some of the combinations you can make are weird but taste good. If I have a complaint it would be the seasoning. I got hot chicken but there was nothing spicy about it. Overall it’s a good place to visit if you want a healthier meal.

We usually go here, this location, every year when I visit my family in Ohio. Tonight all was well until we were wrapping up. Then it happened. My sister seen a roach under the table, my brother in law stomped it. I looked and confirmed it was a roach. We all talked about it for a bit. Decided to tell a staff member discretely… but he seemed like could care less or maybe like we were trying to scam free meal I suppose, but no. We left. I asked my sis if they have those here in Ohio, they said haven’t seen in suburbs but know dorms downtown have them. Look, please fix this. I really want to come back and my family here like to eat here occasionally, so . I look forward to it as it’s unique and tasty.

Can’t go wrong with Bibibop. I love the atmosphere and decor at this location – very clean and peaceful.
The tables in the booths are a little wobbly though even tho they look great.
The food is always a 10/10. And free miso soup! And their lemonades are also very good!

The food is always so good, the staff has been wonderful everytime I stop in and today was no different! Just go get food here, trust me
Also, seeing an employee checking temperatures and recording them was 10/10. I’ve never had any issues with food quality here, but I started thinking and I’ve never seen a restaurant with a similar set up check temperatures. With having worked in a restaurant in early college that was a great sight!

Stopped here for a quick bite to eat on our drive home to Michigan from Florida. It was great because the whole restaurant is gluten free. I made a great original bowl with the japchae noodles and cauliflower rice. They also had many other great toppings and tofu for a great vegan option. The staff were friendly and efficient. I’ll definitely go back. I wish we had this restaurant in the Detroit area.

We’ve been coming here for a very long time. It has always been reliably good food, served up fresh and fast. Lately, something has changed.
The food just doesn’t have as much taste. The spicy chicken used to have very bold flavors and obvious gochujang taste. The japchae used to be very well seasoned with hints of umami. Now they are just… there with a slight soy flavor. The banchans also have less taste. The kim chi is not as pungent (in a good way), the bean sprouts are all texture and no taste. Even the teriyaki sauce seems watered down. It’s not that they are bad, they are just perfectly plain vanilla. While folks visiting here for the first time may not notice it, but for us, it’s very obvious. My wife noticed the same things.
On the other hand, the miso soup is still good, and free. The steak is probably the best protein from a taste perspective.
All in all, we will probably check back in once every other month or so just to see if anything has changed. We used to come here biweekly, if not weekly.

Very much enjoyed the meal as did my friend. Fresh ingredients. Clean space and atmosphere was good.
The choices for toppings were a bit lacking, by my estimation. Shredded carrots or corn would not be my choice… and weren’t. I think having mushrooms, bok choy, and some other types of toppings would be better. We got small bowls, and it was a lit of food. Mostly rice, but the rice was cooked well. The broccoli and pineapple were great. The bean sprouts looked terrible.
We will come back and hope to try different things each time.

I have been to a few locations and have always enjoyed being able to build your own bowl, similar to what Chipotle or Mod Pizza do. You start off with a starch, add veggies, then meat, then sauces. Portions are large. They do have a smaller size as well. 2 issues–first none of the employees seemed that excited to be there. 2 of them were checking something on a phone. Second, they were out of 3-4 items. You could see them in the back refrigerator, but they didn’t seem to care about filling them. I would’ve wanted kale, carrots and cabbage but they were empty out front. When asked about the carrots, one employee said they were out.The food was still very filling and tasty just wish the employees had been more attentive and product stocked and refilled appropriately. Maybe it was an off day.
