Super quick service was nice, but the coffee I got tasted like chocolate milk, I couldn’t even call it a coffee. And my Greek salad was good, just very heavy on the dressing, which sometimes made it too salty to enjoy. My brother seemed to love his meal though

Staff was great, food was great. Only one concern… I was here on 3/27 around 2:30. One young lady that was working, shorter-around 5’4 maybe? Curly hair, believed to be wearing a purplish shirt. She used the restroom didn’t flush… and I’m not talking about #1. Nor did she wash her hands. That’s absolutely disgusting! Lost my appetite seconds within seeing that. With that being said; I think she needs to be trained on sanitation or find a different job that doesn’t require handling food. I hope no one has to witness this in this type of industry. Please, do something about that.

Staff was super friendly and informative, but food was bland and wildly overpriced. Nearly 7 dollars for easily less than 1 Cup of macaroni and cheese that tasted identical to boxed kraft mac, and over 10 dollars for a single sandwich. I have no idea where that money went, because it wasn’t to portion sizes or ingredients.

Been here multiple times for online orders, the staff are super slow, one time that was annoying was they marked my order as complete and it wasn’t, I had 2 everything bagels, but they only had one. I had to ask the girl working well what’s my options and she just shrugged. I had to pointedly ask for a different bagel. This is poor customer service and not what I expect from Panera. This location used to be good. I am not sure if management is lacking in their training, or if this particular person is the problem. I’ve also had many issues with my customizations not being honored while using the app. When asking for my food to be re-done the cashiers always get a manager…not sure why since I don’t ask for a manager.

Ordered the steak sandwich, there was the tiniest bit of meat on it and one sliver of onion. I know they’re known for more bread than meat but this was bad. The other half had even less meat.

I tried the Spicy Take Chicken sandwich and was not a fan. I spoke to them at the counter and were extremely nice about it and got me a replacement meal no questions asked. Amazing service!
