Been to Panera plenty of times. First time at this location. When I walked in, there was a young lady mopping the floor. She kindly paused and took my order. Very kind and friendly. Ordered “Turkey Bacon Bravo”. While waiting for my food, I noticed the area in the back by the employees, was a little scuzzy. Garbage remnants on the floor. Not a lot but enough to notice. Then, a lady walked up to the counter with her soup and pulled a drink lid out of the bowl of soup. The staff offered a replacement and refund. I heavily inspected my sandwich and it seemed alright. Tasted good. Staff got full stars but atmosphere and food, for above reasons, we’re lacking.

Great service, restrooms a little bit dirty but team memebers were cleaning the store. My family and I stayed past 9pm and the Team memebers were so polite and careful when asked us to leave.

Ordered 3 salads and all of them came soupy, hence the 3 stars. Feels like they were really heavy handed with the dressing. Salads are supposed to be crispy and they were not. I did however have mine changed and they were okay about redoing my salad. My mom and sister were too embarrassed to go ask for their salads to be remade but ended up throwing their salads away since they just couldn’t eat them. Other than the sandwiches were good.

My pick two while all tasted excellent the half sandwich had less than half of the chicken salad was covered with lettuce as you see the bread in the picture. I returned it and they added more but server said they only put one scoop (tablespoon) on each side.

The staff is friendly and polite. The place is clean.
They did a good job preparing the bagels that I got for breakfast but then when we went back for lunch and I ordered Fuji Apple Salad with chicken, I was disappointed. There was barely chicken in there! There were probably 2-3 small pieces of chicken in my salad.

I went during lunch hour, and it took about 20 minutes to get my order of 2 chicken greek salads. Service was okay. The problem was when my wife and I sat down at her work to eat, there was no chicken. I called to let them know. They took my name and number and order number and told me they would refund the salads, but couldn’t find my order even though the woman read it off. I was a little confused on that one. Then she said she would get help from someone later and they would take care of it, and that I should call them back later. I called after the dinner rush, and now they’re telling me that I need to come in to get my refund. I’m sorry. I have a family. I don’t have the time drop everything to drive a half an hour for a refund. Had they told me I needed to come in when I talked to them the first time, this wouldn’t have been an issue. Or getting the order right to begin with would have been nice. 3 strikes from one visit. That’s a shame

Giving a 3 star because they weren’t done when the order would be done, and I was on a time crunch. When I got the order to the office none of the sandwiches were labeled as you can see. There were no plates, and not enough utensils for everyone. Made it slightly difficult when had to go back out and get some. If you place a catering order make sure to double check the whole order before leaving. What made it worse couldn’t take it back to location as it was 20 minutes away from where I was taking it to.

The staff is very rude especially the assistant manager. Bathrooms are always dirty and I heard a male employee talking to another employee and came inside the female washroom without any announcement.
