We visited January 16th. Food tasted good. Nice and hot. Just wish their You Pick Twos were more affordable. I ordered a value duet (Napa Almond Chicken Sandwich with Chicken & Wild Rice Soup), and my friend ordered the Chipotle Chicken & Bacon Flatbread Pizza.

Giving a 3 star because they weren’t done when the order would be done, and I was on a time crunch. When I got the order to the office none of the sandwiches were labeled as you can see. There were no plates, and not enough utensils for everyone. Made it slightly difficult when had to go back out and get some. If you place a catering order make sure to double check the whole order before leaving. What made it worse couldn’t take it back to location as it was 20 minutes away from where I was taking it to.

This place gets a lot of foot traffic, there’s not enough time to keep it clean. I’m professionally and commercially trained to clean. My suggestion, during closing , there should be an overnight staff to deep clean and disinfect the carpet, both bathrooms, and the kitchen. Wash the walls and windows inside in out. Replace the dishes, I soaked one in bleach , the yellow came off and looked brand new. The silverware needs to be replaced, I don’t need to go on but you get where I’m coming from. Not sure what the budget is but I’d gladly help out.

I’ve been here four times. The food was good on two occasions and bad on the other two occasions. I usually order on my phone and do the pick up. It’s fast and easy. Many items are often not available marked as sold out, which limits my options.

Was trying to eat and a staff member kept a sweeping my feet. It was 8 pm and they close at 9pm. FOOD IS GREAT, but no one need that pressure to leave when you are trying to enjoy your food.

I’d been craving the Frontega chicken sandwich for a month. Went in today about 3 pm (7/27) ordered it to go, as I sat with a friend drinking latte and a short visit. Then home 10 minutes away and opened my sandwich to eat 1/2 at 5 pm and it was total mush! So very disappointed. I’ve never had such a soggy sandwich like this! Something wasn’t done right to this sandwich. It was not on “peppered” bread and it wasnt toasted! I’ve had this sandwich take out too many times prior and never looked like this and all mushy once home. This Panera location was on S Adams in Rochester Hills.
