The WORST (2nd time here) customer experience EVER in a Panera. Normally Panera is one of my favorites. However, this time was a disaster! Stale Pecan Braid, cold onion soup, absolutely terrible pizza (they have NO SEASONINGS) and the pepperoni was weird tasting. Also, The crust of the pizza was like eating “tack” and NOT representative of their otherwise great breads. Pizza’s need lots of work, they have a poor flavor. Photos won’t upload on this site.

Terrible food, I could cook it better. Everytime I order it’s always a big disappointment, food is very bland. Ordered the value meal with grilled cheese and the tomato soup, Cambells would have tasted better. And the sand which was so tiny, which I expected but it’s not like they show you online so you’re aware of what you’re ordering. That was not worth the almost ten dollars. Very disappointing and won’t be coming back after that the prices are absolutely ridiculous.

This place has THE WORST service I’ve ever seen. They don’t greet customers even after you’ve made eye contact with all of the employees. They leave door dashers standing there for 20 minutes for a simple sandwich, while the smoothie that went with the order is completely melted! Absolutely ridiculous!!! Not excepting door dash orders from this place ever again!!!!
