I was really excited about trying Panera Bread for the first time. Before we left, my daughter checked the bag and my order was missing an item which was quickly fixed…but to my disappointment, I got mac and cheese instead of the broccoli and cheese soup that I had ordered. I really wanted broccoli and cheese soup

I went in here on February 4th at noon. I wish I got the lady’s name who was working in the dining room cleaning table. She was so incredibly nice. It makes me want to go back there always. My food was delicious and the lady who took my order was fabulous as well. I hope you can give these ladies some recognition if the management reviews the time and date. I had a black coat on and a ponytail with blonde hair thank you so much for your time.

Waited 40 minutes for food when only 3 customers were here the entire time. 7 employees. Super rude, more focused on talking to friends that came in to visit, and the food came out cold anyway.

2 times so far. One sandwich was forgotten the first time now the second time they didnt read the order properly, made a half, saw it was a full so gave me another half and the whole bottom baguette is literally almost as thin as a piece of cardboard box. What is going on with this location??

I ordered a Chipotle Chicken Avo sandwich but received it without avocado. When I went back to ask, they informed me they were out of avocado. They agreed to make me a different sandwich, and I appreciated the manager’s apology. However, they should have communicated that they were out of avocado when taking the order or when they handed me the sandwich. I initially thought it was a mistake and they had forgotten the avocado, but they simply didn’t mention it, assuming customers wouldn’t notice or care. Additionally, a baguette for side order instead of chips I asked. The order itself was taken wrong. For a reputable place like Panera Bread, better service is expected, especially when they ask for tips upfront, leading us to assume they provide good service.If this had been a takeaway order, I would have been more disappointed.

Ordered via drive thru for a family member. Did not know until I got to his home that is was not correct! The sandwich was not what we wanted and the one given he was unable to eat as it was very spicy hot & greasy! I have the receipt with order # on it. Such a disappointment! Was supposed to be a Ciabatta Cheesesteak. Got an Italian sandwich with hot peppers, etc. Called but got a machine asking me to call back another time.

I like coming here kind of a lot, it’s an easy-to-get-to location and the interior is a small-but-well-laid-out seating area. I feel like there’s always somewhere to sit comfortably, and the clientele are never really disruptive to one another. My main gripe is that the coffee at this location alwaysssss has so many grounds in it!! Maybe try using two filters when brewing? I just don’t know why the coffee is consistently so bad at this location everything else is up to Panera par, though. The bathroom is always well-taken-care-of, for a public restroom, which I am always pleantly surprised by! Good job, guys 🙂

Last time I ordered here they messed up and left tomatoes on when I specifically customized without. This time I order delivery and it’s 30 mins late (closer to 40) and they completely forget my drink. Three things in an order and you had well over and hour to do it and still couldn’t figure it out? Last time I order from this location. If I ever order from them again. They even marked the lemonade like it was in the order. How hard is it to see you don’t have A WHOLE DRINK after you took over an hour to make one sandwich and one soup? Incompetent.
