Walked right in and handled my business. Nice and fresh. Bacon Mac and cheese was banging. New steak sandwich was good and the salad was nice and fresh. I was bummed that they did not have no strawberries but I got over it and the items was good minus the strawberries

more than one since the food IS good but the wait is consistently 20 minutes after it says your order will be ready. i wouldn’t care, but the “order is running late” notification didnt show up until i was already in line. PLUS the guest care feedback link is now broken.

Stopped for a couple of quick coffees. Waited almost 10 minutes because all of the coffee they were serving was cold and had been sitting there probably for who knows how long. When we made them aware of it, they had nothing to replace the coffee with but hazelnut. Their attention to detail and their lack of service is becoming a very common issue with most businesses. As for us, we probably will not going there any longer

I pulled up to this Panera Drive thru. The wait time was five minutes and there was only one car in front of me. The boy who took my order never asks for my reward number like other Paneras do, had to force him to put my number in. I ordered 2 different size lattes and received the same size. Took a sip of my latte and it tasted like water. Went back inside and the lady remade my lattes and they tast great.

The food is great as always-definitely 5 stars. Unfortunately, the customer service was very disappointing. I had to go to the counter twice because they forgot to give me my food. The employees didn’t communicate or acknowledge the mistake and made it feel like it was my fault, even though I had already paid. They would stare at you, try to avoid you as much as possible, and then tell you to go to another person instead of helping. For customer service, I’d give 1 star. The atmosphere is also uncomfortable and creepy; I wouldn’t study here and wouldn’t recommend it.

Customer Service Training needed at this location immediately! Because there is not an option for a 0 or -1, I gave one star, my first and last visit to this location!! Ms. Cashier, it is absolutely NOT okay to talk to customers any type of way. I certainly hope she is not also the manage, as she does not set a good example for the other employees.

Service was fine, but I do not like the new look, atmosphere they’re going for. I prefer the more cozy, relaxed, welcoming atmosphere as some of the older ones still are, with a fire place, etc. I avoid this one for that reason. This one feels more like a typical fast food place, they want you in and out no relaxing and enjoying the mood of the atmosphere. I avoid this one because of the new design and atmosphere.

This location is a waste of time! Sat 15 minutes in the drive thru just to get the wrong order attached to the correct receipt. I had to go inside for help because the teen on the drive thru never came back. Over terrible! Multiple people were waiting to have things corrected when I got in! I was the only person in the drive thru when I arrived by the time I left the line was overflowing because of how inefficient the store is running. I got my money back and left!

I came thru drive thru and ordered 3 bagels and 3 cream cheese. They forgot 1 of my cream cheese and did not toast my bagels. I told them never mind toasting the bagels as I needed to leave so I would not be late for work. The worker Canna asked for my bag, I thought she was going to put the missing cream cheese in the bag and she is gone for several minutes. I honked my horn several times and she comes back with my bagels toasted. I told her I was running late and to just give me my receipt so I can leave, and she purposely took several minutes to print my receipt and looked at me as if she didn’t care. I definitely will not be back to that location due to the poor customer service from Canna.
