10/10 recommend! Let me start by saying I did not know they had bagels at Panera How I missed that I’m not sure but… They are delish! The girl at the window was so nice and patient. Also, they make them fresh daily! How much better could it get? Oh I KNOW they are thin and crispy bagels! So So good! Sorry, I Didn’t think to make a review until after I was finished with the bagel so this is the best picture I have lol. ❤️

Had this plastic stuck in my throat!!! As you can see I still had a full bowl of soup that went to waste. Manager said she’d talk to her staff and offered no resolution.

I’ve ordered a few times from here. The sandwiches are okay. The soups are average. I ordered a salad and was not very impressed. They do have good Mac and cheese and orders are made pretty quick.

I am really tired of having a mobile drive thru order and then still waiting 15 minutes in line when they have 2 spots in the lot dedicated to drive thru waiting. They never use them. I do the drive thru on my way to work as a quick grab and go option but I had to stop. Now today I get a dead bug on my pickle

Ordered food, waited for 30mins on a to go order. Had to ask if the food on the counter was mine. The to go packer was extremely rude. She was more worried about talking. Arrived home to eat our food and the bread on my sandwich was so hard I couldn’t even eat it. Didn’t get my soup. Got the wrong salad. I won’t be back and I plan on telling others how bad the service and food was.

I really love panera but this one is such a hit or miss. You can tell some of the employees really care about their job and the quality of the food, while others just DON’T CARE. This was my “Chipotle chicken avocado sandwich” today that I got ALL the way to work with. It’s missing half the ingredients and let alone the ROTTEN avocado that’s literally black.

I can’t believe how terrible my salad was! It was missing half of the ingredients and then there was some rotten wilted lettuce in there as well. Then my sandwich was completely soggy and inedible. I ordered a delivery order from Panera at this location. I paid extra for a bowl of French onion soup that I didn’t receive. And didn’t receive either if the bags of chips for the order. Then opened up my sandwich to see this sad thing. Never ever wasting $50 on Panera again. Caught me on my time of the month too, I’m not playinggggg.

Although the food is good it’s very disappointing to pay so much money and get hardly any ingredients inside your sandwich like the amount of money I’m paying for the sandwich I should actually have at least a basic amount of ingredients inside!
