Autumn squash soup squashed my craving for warm, delightful, scrumptious bowl of soup! The half Greek salad with chicken (sans cucumbers, shudder) was perfect while I waited for my soup to cool. It tasted a lot like a salad from a specific Italian chain where everyone is related, except I didn’t have to go spelunking in a huge bowl with clumsy tongs to fish for the last olive. Also, hot take, Panera knows what it’s doing using feta cheese instead of the parmesan grater. The baguette was filling and delicious, while the blueberry lavendar lemonade rounded out my meal in a sweet, refreshing way.
I dined in around 6pm, and enjoyed relaxing in the restaurant for a bit while working on a few things. It wasn’t terribly busy, but there was a steady flow of customers. The staff were friendly and quick (I ordered from my phone as I walked in, and my meal was fully ready in around 3 minutes). They also appeared to be expressing kindness and finding moments of joy with each other while working, which helped create a comfortable, cozy environment for me to enjoy after a tiring day of work.

Ordered a veggie market bowl and received a bowl of lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, Parmesan and some sweet crunchy things. Definitely not the all in veggie market bowl. I had to hunt someone down and ask for my cup that was not in the bag. Called to tell them about the bowl and no one ever answered the phone, even at a not busy time. Not good for a new location. Oh forgot that there was some brown slimy avocado on the bowl so there’s that.

I’ve been going to Panera for years. I did drop off for a time due to the old building not having great parking or a drive thur. I have mobility issues and it could be somewhat difficult to get a parking place.
I did rejoin the Sip Club when they moved to their new building. I use the drive thur a few times a week for my drinks. They have better parking, so I will come in to at least once a week or so.
Their Harvest salad is really good. The squash soup also. Brownies and sugar cookies are a must for dessert.
The staff are friendly and quick. Sometimes the restaurant is a little messy when they’re busy only because they can’t get out to clean up after messy people.
Michelle, the assistant gm, is awesome. She’s always friendly and shows she cares. I’ve been there enough she knows my voice in the drive thur and pretty much knows my order before I place it.

Sooo, i suggest not going to this location after 7p. They are always out of things that belong in certain dishes or your orders will be missing items. No bread ect….. I usually don’t leave a review on here but, this has happened several times to me since the Greenwood location has moved. I did go for lunch one day and it was great! The dinner team obviously needs some guidance. And the new atmosphere is cold and uninviting.

My 1st time at Panera. Lunch on a Weekday after the Big Storm. So Not too busy. Food was good and fresh. Service was fairly quick. This location is brand new so everything was bright and clean. Parking is Limited and usually close to full. We will Return!

Panera Bread in Greenwood is consistent with its brand. We were able to walk in to a comfortable and inviting atmosphere with friendly staff. Our order for takeout was efficient and professional. The food did not take long to prepare. I had the warm teriyaki chicken bowl. It was freshly made. When we arrived at home it was still warm and delicious. Panera Bread in Greenwood is on my referral list and I will go again when in the area.

I got the Green Goddess grilled chicken salad & it was excellent. I only gave service 4 stars because you serve yourself, but help is fast & friendly if you have to wait on something. Comfortable, clean, casual atmosphere. I only wish there was a sidewalk from the nearby hospital, which I have to visit frequently, to the restaurant. You have to go all the way around to Shelby & head back around to the restaurant from the north by car.

I’ve been a loyal Panera customer for years, but my recent experience at this new location was disappointing. Despite being the only person in line and the restaurant being empty, the staff took an inordinate amount of time to serve me. To make matters worse, my child found a hair in their sandwich. The employee taking orders at the drive-thru around 3 pm seemed completely uninterested in providing good customer service.I don’t go here again

I was very excited about the new opening. While at our first visit. After we entered our order, someone yelled my name. I turned and a gentleman asked if we could take the food to go, since they closed in 22 minutes. I agreed but felt as if I didn’t have a choice. Not exactly what I had hoped for from our first visit. The food was good and everyone was very polite. Being in the food industry for more than 30 years, I would never want my employees to suggest that I take my order to go rather than eat at the restaurant. Not customer service orientated. Just left me feeling a bit disappointed and wanted the owners to be aware!

I gave 5 stars because our service was excellent. The food was ok for a chain. Again, the service was what impressed me. I really was not trying to be a Karen for once ♀️ and I had to return my steak and cheese sandwich because the horseradish wasnt on the side and it was just awful IMO. I do not like horseradish. But she replaced my whole sandwich no problem and was kind about it..she also offered to replace my whole meal but that wasnt needed. The fact that she offered was appreciated though. She also gave my children free cookies and drinks. It really was wonderful service and we will return just because of that !!
