We traveled almost 20 miles out of our way to try it, was looking for a simple biscuits and gravy…we were the only 2 customers, 2 people in the back cooking, they didn’t bother to say hi or be right with you .. then when a gal finally came over and slapped the menu down in front of us said “only lunch now”. We told her we’re just looking for the biscuits and gravy, she just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. The place smelled of old grease. We left without ordering. Would not recommend

Really surprised to find such a nice little place to eat in a town with nowhere else to have a great breakfast or lunch. Quaint atmosphere. Super ladies working there. It feels like you’re eating in your mom’s kitchen or a little church basement. Cozy, down to earth, just like home setting. Wonderful and great food. Prices are just right and it’s a place you don’t want to forget about when considering breakfast or lunch.

This what’s my first time there. It’s a cozy home style cooking place. The food I ordered was pretty good and came in a timely manner. The staff was also very friendly. Next time I go I might give him a five star, I just don’t have enough experience to give them a full review yet.

Kathy’s Kitchen is a great little cafe in downtown Elmore. Prices are incredibly affordable and the food quality doesn’t suffer for it. Was previously known as the Wildcat Cafe until it changed ownership about 18 months ago. Clean, Comfortable and Quick operation. Service was prompt and checked in often enough to make sure everything was good. An unexpected gem in this remote town.
