Thought me and my wife would go there because the commercials advertised getting a entree and Soup for a Dollar ..Come to find out even if I download the app. my wife still couldn’t get unless she had her phone Available!! So we went ahead and” Uninstalled App#) and left… I wanted to talk to the MGR . and they Never let me talk to Manager kept talking to some girl on the counter making bread & Dough. We decided to go ahead and leave since they got So, many Restrictions and Apps#. Went to McAlister and we pick any sandwich we want “without an app”and good service!!! This was 1st.time been to go to Pandora but , will Never be back again!!!

We ordered to go the other night and it was amazing! I’ve been to other Panera’s before, and it’s nice that this one is closer to get to, without all the traffic in Greenwood and all. We ordered dinner and expected them to be out of everything, as could be expected, but no, they had it all! 10/10, would recommend to anyone!

Today my 53.00 order of two full sandwiches two drinks with delivery and here is what happened. Wow, worst experience. I’ve had. I will no longer be using Franklin Panera bread ever again. I ordered two sandwiches and two drinks for delivery. Can I see phone again? Why are you walking away? What are you doing? I wanna see the ingredients. I ordered the chicken bacon rancher. There’s no white cheddar on it. There’s no ranch on it and there’s a single solitary piece of bacon.. then I ordered the chipotle chicken avocado melt as well. It had no pepper do peppers on it at all. Both sandwiches were complete bread like 80% of the sandwich was bread then we ordered two drinks with our meals and they only delivered one and then credited our account for a drink, which doesn’t help me because I want something to drink while I eat my dry sandwich this composed of 80% bread, I am deeply disappointed in this order and this will be the last time I order from Franklin Panera ever again it really sucks because I’ve been eating at this location since it opened and I’ve had zero problems and today it was absolutely horrible. Every time I’ve ordered here my orders have been flawless and today my orders was absolutely horrible. so I’m driving to McDonald’s to get my large Coke so that I can attempt to eat whatever sandwich this is I was only able to eat a third of a full sandwich because of how dry it was. It’s very difficult to eat without a drink. I just can’t believe how horrible the sandwiches are. I called the store to inform the manager, the acting General manager. he was the only person I talk to. He immediately answered the phone, no associate. he told me that I should be nicer to the people who make the sandwich even though I wasn’t raising my voice or yelling I was simply explaining to him how bad my meal was and that I’m not looking for you to remake it or refund my money just want to figure out what happens since all of my other orders have been flawless and try and solve the problem with whatever employee cannot make sandwiches. He told me that I should be nicer. The people who make the sandwiches, which I don’t understand because I was completely polite and courteous, wouldn’t talking to him with a normal tone of voice, which I will say that’s not a way you should talk to disappointed customers, I’m a local business owner in the area, so I take talking to managers It’s always done with respect with as much information as possible to help them do their jobs. They refunded my mail which I didn’t have to do and I really didn’t want them to do. I just want them to correct this problem so I can keep eating there because this is the worst meal I’ve ever eaten. It’s pretty bad.

This was my husband and my first time here we came in for breakfast and we both ordered a croissant sandwich my husband asked any kind of potatoes such as hash browns or tater tots to go with the warm croissant sandwich that we ordered the girl looked at us like we were speaking a foreign language like she did not understand one word that we were saying also the atmosphere is for people who want to go there and plug into their internet and do work I’m talking conduct their business there at the restaurant it is not for families to go and enjoy.

Their quality food wise is rather inconsistent. It is either pretty good or not good at all. Their food is rather expensive for what it is. Their soup comes in clutch when I am sick though.

The chicken Mediterranean salad was delicious but the charged lemonade was watery. There are no cozy nooks and with no fireplace it doesn’t feel like a cafe at all it seems like a deli. When my order was called out they shouted my last name even though I was the only one that had placed an order in the last 5 minutes and there were no other unserved guests in the store. I didn’t feel welcomed at all.

This is one of the newer format Paneras. I was in the area to watch the 2024 Eclipse. The service here was friendly and extremely well done. It really added to my experience.
