One star does not mean I hated it at all. They aren’t what they used to be at all either. I had the Asiago chicken whatever it was. It was Terrible!! The chicken wasn’t seasoned at all. I ended up feeding it to my trashcan. Love those Asiago bagles! That’s the only reason I tried it.

Food was excellent as usual at any Panera Bread. The staff were joking around and blocking the soda machine. They weren’t paying attention to the customers. Maybe it’s a one off. I’ve only been to this location the one time.

Good Panera location. The chicken noodle soup was great! The staff were all friendly and were consistently tidying up the dining room. Not all of the booth outlets worked which was a slight inconvenience when trying to get work done.

We came this place for the first time in 2 months. I ordered the ham, egg and cheese in farm style and a cinnamon roll with coffee. My son ordered a plain croissants, a bagel with butter and a coffee. My daughter ordered a large coffee and yogurt. But the sandwich I ordered looks different than before. The ham wasn’t sliced ham, it looks ham blew up in the microwave oven, all shredded, little pieces and dried. I didn’t expect this lousy, ground ham. The kitchen staff told their ham comes like this. I was wondering if that is true.

I found out Panera Bread changed whole line of their coffees. I thought finally a bunch of people complained about their worst coffee. But once I tasted new coffee, they haven’t done anything. I think they just changed the labels. The coffee taste as bad as the old ones. McDonald coffee is much better than Panera’s. Einstein Bagel coffee is way better than Panera ‘s. I wonder how many people drink coffee in the Panera main office.

Ordered a STRAWBERRY chicken poppyseed salad. Not what I normally order, but saw the picture on the app and ordered it. Look at my pics to see what I received. Something that looks NOTHING like the pic and was missing the strawberries! How does this happen!? Strawberries are in the name of the salad. Additionally, there was a strange gooey substance on the chicken and the chicken was mushy. About half the chicken was like this. Immediately put this in the trash can and I will skip this location in the future.

My family had a great experience here last night. Panera seems to be hit or miss depending on location, but food here was good and one of their staff members, MJ, was very cheerful and friendly which makes all the difference.

I was hopeful this Panera would be less dysfunctional than the one on Keystone but as far as I can tell, it’s not.
Reader beware: Once you enter the drive thru, there’s no opportunity to exit until you’ve made it all the way through.
I learned this the hard way after entering the drive thru with only one car in front of me. I waited for 15 minutes at the speaker before being asked for my order, and then waited another ten minutes for a sliced and toasted bagel?
25 minutes for a bagel that I have to put my own cream cheese on? Not worth the wait. Go to Einsteins down the street, instead. Wish we had a good local bagel shop up here!

I LOVE Panera! Have for years! Ordered a kids mac & cheese meal for my 4 yr.old, adult mac & cheese for my 10yr old, and pick 2 for me… chicken wild rice soup and chicken frontega sandwich, large passion fruit/papaya green tea and a brownie to share between us. Everything was delicious and I seriously considered channeling my inner dog and wanted to lick the bowl clean (better judgement got the best of me and I didn’t, but, I regret it). Like clockwork I will be back.

Very relaxing. Good food. The kiosk needs repaired. Until then I would advise for staff to take orders at the register or write them down. If not, shut down Panera. Took them 3 x’s to get three people’s orders correct.

I order delivery from this store and every single time without fail they mess up the order. It is extremely frustrating. I order a pick two and every time I get a pick 1. They don’t answer the phone when you try to rectify the situation either. I am tired of wasting my money at this store. Please get it together
