So I usually always go to Eastgate Panera and I won’t make the mistake of going to beechmont happen again! Even though front counter did great taking my order he was very nice! I get my food and I get where I’m going and I have time to sit down for a second and eat so I always order a tuna on cheese focaccia bagel with no lettuce no tomato and extra pickles on the side and I always expect to be charged for those pickles! But there was no pickles at all and that’s how I eat my meal so now my meal has gone to shit and I called and after the third time of having to call back, I finally get an answer, and I explained my situation to the lady that answered the phone And she was beyond rude and I couldn’t even get a full sentence out without me and interrupted. She yelled well pickles are free and I said not when I ask for extra of them and not win you don’t give me any at all and it cost me my whole meal because literally that’s how I enjoy my meal so after Me calling another store come to find out She is the GM. I am not gonna put her name here because unlike her I’m not gonna be disrespectful, but Anyways, I guess you can call me the pickle monster lol because that’s the way she made me feel like WTH Panera ?!

Drive through took >15min for 3 bowls of soup – I was the only car in the drive through. Plus, once got my order, was missing the bread and 1 bowl was wrong. Do not recommend this location.

I have to wonder why it is that, regularly, I attempt to use their drive-thru and it is closed due to low staff. My assumption would be that they pay $2 less than other locations. If they treated their employees better, services could be more consistent.

The only problem I have with this Panera is the drive through. 9 out of 10 times I go there for my breakfast in the morning there is a sign saying, “due to staff shortage the drivethrough can only be used for rapid pickup”. This has been going on for several weeks. Either hire the people you need, stop the online orders, or take out your drive through, it’s getting ridiculous. I don’t blame the people working there as this is a management thing since it’s a staff shortage. But I hope this place gets it together. I’m just gonna start going to eastgate instead since I have to go into the store anyway.

I work in the fast food industry myself and I can’t believe what I went through at this Panera. It is 43 dollars for two people?! Insane. The food portions are very small and on top of all of this there was a hair and some green sauce in my mac and cheese. Absolute dump don’t waste your money here.

So sad what Panera has become. A VERY open, cold space instead of the warm cozy space I would go and work on things (study/research/meet with business associates).
This new, VERY SMALL, open concept is a step backwards for Panera. Add onto it the self checkout, self order spaces and it’s even less intimate, less personal and more cold. So sad to see that this is what corporations and people like and want to move toward.
I drove 30 minutes to come here, to find this newly built, sad, cold location in place of the older location.
There’s not even tables near the fireplace.
So sad Panera, so sad.

Fast and yummy! Price is about ten bucks per person. They have really good teas and lemonade for the same price as sodas. Our first visit was today, probably going back tomorrow.

Tried ordering from this location twice to receive a bread and cheese sandwich with a small amount of tuna… Two times now. Reaching out to customer support gets you absolutely no where. Do not order from this restaurant they will not follow directions. Ex: asked for no tomatoes. Customer service is awful. You expect what you pay for. Overpriced and poor quality. Choose a different Panera if you can!!!
