Tried ordering from this location twice to receive a bread and cheese sandwich with a small amount of tuna… Two times now. Reaching out to customer support gets you absolutely no where. Do not order from this restaurant they will not follow directions. Ex: asked for no tomatoes. Customer service is awful. You expect what you pay for. Overpriced and poor quality. Choose a different Panera if you can!!!

I don’t go to Panera often but I meet a friend there every few months. I had the potato soup and it was excellent! She had a chicken salad and it was beautifully prepared and it looked delicious! We shared a very yummy sweet roll. The food is always really good here.The service was friendly, the store was clean and I always enjoy my visit when I’m there.

Panera has definitely gone down hill. Food prices are very high, food quality is poor, atmosphere is awful. In the past it had a coffee shop feel. Now it is dirty, we bused our own table, floor was filthy. Fuji apple salad now has lunch meat instead of real chicken. My husband’s french onion soup was watered down, tasteless. A salad and you pick two with no drinks was $29. I can get better food with sit down service elsewhere for that price. We were at the Beechmont store.

The food was okay and there was plenty of it but my main complaint would be the seating. I sat in one of the booths and I found the back to be so straight abnormal for the shape of my back and I don’t think I would do that again. Unfortunately the wooden chairs actually hurt my back so I would recommend that your company makes an effort to redesign your seating.
