This place is not what it used to be. I have loved panera for as long as I remember but I will not be visiting this location anytime soon. 4 times in a row they have overcharged, had missing or blatantly wrong items…turkey sandwich no turkey. Plus the customer service is absolute garbage. Don’t waste your time.

Panera Corporate needs to take better care of it’s stores & the employees that work there.

This particular location is in need of some quality control.

The salads were literally frozen. The tomatoes were solid & could not be stabbed with a fork. The apples were brown & mushy. The staff seemed exhausted & overworked. The employees are trying their best, but they’re not being supported by senior management, corporate, or the owners.

This is my go to spot for a good quality meal when I’m not able to cook. I’ve been here enough of the last couple year’s, the employees are like family. The food is always good, and everyone is there to make sure you get what you need. There’s a lot of good people working here and it shows! Thanks guy’s, you know I’ll be back.

Only came here because I received a gift card. So disappointed! A cheesesteak sandwich that costs $13, and looks like this . Made me recall the phrase, “where’s the Beef?” Had to throw away ½ the bread to be able to eat it.

I love the broccoli cheddar soup here. This time we ordered the “group soup” for the two of us. It looks small but its alot of soup. It came with 4 things of bread an it’s super hot so be careful! We love soup so that was perfect size. The lemonade is so good too. For 99cents extra we got the pastry for dessert was bland but to each their own.

They only screw up our carry-out order SOME of the time, unlike their Winton Road counterpart.
There has been a few times that we have ordered via the app only to discover that they didn’t have an ingredient, like the strawberries for their strawberry poppy-seed salad, and made ZERO effort to let us know ahead of time or even when picking up the food.
Credits are always given when we’ve called to complain, so at least they TRY to make up for it.
Food is fine. It’s Panera.

I ordered 1 cheese soup and 2 Chicken Noodle. 3 cheese soup were delivered. Buyer beware. Order fulfillment needs improvement before I’ll order from Panera again.

Need more staff, close drive thru often because short staff, one time I was told Panera ran out of sandwich. Sandwiches are great.

They had pets in the store and one of the dogs was actually on the table and nobody bothered to say anything it was rather disgusting food was great and staff friendly but having animals inside is disgusting. It would be different if it was a service animal but it was just someone’s pet. When did Panera become a doggy daycare

We got there afternoon and they were only preparing our 3 plates and it took 25 minutes. Staff was barely speaking to folks but for the cashier to get the order. Didn’t acknowledge my thanks.
We are done with that panera but really most of the food joints in that area of colerain avenue.
