Ordered online on the app. Wasn’t aware that it was through door dash. The food never showed up. I called 50 mins later and the lady answering the phone interrupted me and was very rude. I spoke to a manager who called doordash. The doordash person said they left it with a receptionist (which we do not have). He basically gave me my money back and that’s was it. So disappointed. Will never eat at Panera again

I have always enjoyed Panera. However, the last time I ate there, the food was good, but the service wasn’t… no personal connection between the server and customer. The worst part was that the restaurant was so dirty. The tables needed wiped down the floors looked like they hadn’t been swept and something smeared on the wall of the booth we sat in.

The food was great! But the person ringing me up didn’t know about value duets. There was an ad for it in the window at the store. She insisted it was a combo meal (much higher price). I went online and ordered from the app with no problems.

Good food. I don’t usually go to Panera bc the prices are pretty steep when it comes to what your getting but definitely worth the trip if you want fresher food vs McDonald’s or basic fast food places. Not very clean but not the worst. Still worth going to if your wanting to try it .
