First time for me to leave a bad review. Actually I don’t bother to leave a review but I think I have to. So people are aware. Worst experience I ever had eating out.I ordered a warm bowl Baja w/ chicken which wasn’t even warm. First thing I noticed was the brown rice, I gave myself a doubt that it was uncooked just by the look. I dug to look for the chicken and found out there’s none so I brought it back so they can fix it. I don’t usually do that because some people will mess your food up when you complain that they did it wrong so I waited and tried to watch while they slap some chicken on top of my same bowl. I started mixing them things to I can atleast enjoy my first meal of the day. Ended up not eating it, few bites cold bowl with uncooked rice. I picked them up and showed my husband that the rice was so hard inside out. They might not be trained or I guess like what the reviews say they don’t like their job. I should have read reviews first before asking my hubby to just eat brunch on this particular Panera. I guess it’s partly my fault. We had Panera from other locations most of the time especially at work for Lunch and Learns so I know the difference. It’s just sad that people don’t put effort on what they are doing. Cashier Nadia was not even that pleasant my husband added.

This is the dirtiest Panera that I’ve ever been to. I decided to dine in but to my surprise there wasn’t a clean table in sight. I had to clean up a table myself in order to dine in. They also got my order wrong but they apologized and remade it for me. Still saw anyone come out and clean the floors or tables the entire time I was here.

I came to the drive-through tonight, granted it was 8:52 PM and it was close to the closing time but I had just finished work and was stopping by to get a Mediterranean power bowl with chicken. They were very rude to me and I know it’s because of what the time was, and instead of getting a Mediterranean chicken power bowl, I got some disgusting sandwich with no chicken, just cheese Lettuce and tomato and that’s what I spent nine dollars on! And the girl that placed the order at the drive-through didn’t hand it to me, some guy did and didn’t even say thank you shoved it at me quickly and slammed the window to the drive-through without saying anything. Just had a super mean look on his face. so I basically paid nine dollars for a sandwich I threw in the garbage because it was disgusting! I would suggest nobody goes to that location if that’s the way they treat their customers!! I also asked for a receipt, the girl said it will be in the bag. Of course no receipt in the bag. So RUDE and horrible.

Ordered through the app. You would think this would be the correct way to get a correct order. You would be wrong. Ordered a chocolate chip bagel and it was not in the sealed bag. Also no notification that it was not in the bag. Flat bread pizza and no basil was on it. Again no mention of why. When you pick up an order and the bag is sealed I should not have to worry about the order being correct. I am also waiting for a bagel credit.
