Very disappointed in my visit today at 3:45 PM. I tried to order the signature Chicken Roma, but they were out of the bread for it. It’s frustrating when a place known for its bread doesn’t have the basics available. I ended up getting a bowl of Broccoli Cheddar soup instead. After tax, it was almost $10, and the bowl was only half-full. Between the limited menu availability and the small portions for the price, it was a poor experience. I expected more from this location.

I had a great experience at this Panera location. The staff was friendly, efficient, and clearly cared about keeping things running smoothly. My food came out fresh and exactly how I ordered it, and the dining area was calm and welcoming.
What really stood out to me was how spotless the bathrooms were—easily some of the cleanest I’ve seen at a restaurant. It’s obvious this location pays attention to the details. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Panera is usually fine, but the order ahead experience is really frustrating. The app will say the order is ready, but when I get there it’s often not, and I end up waiting anyway. That kind of defeats the whole point of ordering ahead. The food is okay and consistent, but the timing and pickup process definitely need improvement.

The VOA location is not one of Panera’s better locations. Over priced salads that are not generous on toppings. Greek salads get a dusting a feta cheese. This is the Greek salad with extra feta and extra olives. Extra? Greek salad dressing containers before opening are less than half full. Gave Panera VOA location another try 7/29/22. Added pictures showing the low amount of Greek salad dressing in the cups and the less desirable hard part of a lettuce and lettuce head that should not be in the bowl. The tea, salads, bread and broccoli cheddar soup were good.

I asked for a sandwich with avocado on the picture you can see avocado slices, but the sandwich has only tiny green color, the coffee was watery and when I add the sugar it taste moldy. The restroom is nasty, either brown spots on the walls. The manager was not very happy when i mentioned about the restrooms, he turn his face away and walk away. Horrible experience

Picked up lunch to take to my daughter at work, she’s a nurse, kind of on a time crunch.. we were in and out in no time. When we walked in there were 4 ppl ahead of us in line and that concerned me.. but they were very efficient and had us through order taking in no time.. and by the time I had finished getting the drink cup filled, they were calling our name for our food. Daughter had a great lunch, without any work/time issues!! We love Panera Bread!!

PSA – Make sure you check the ingredients on all your items before leaving with a pickup order. First of all, let’s be real…$13 for a pretty small salad is not a great ROI to begin with..but I ordered the Balsamic salad with grains. I didn’t customize or anything and still didn’t receive a single piece of grains or any avocado. Again..shame on me for not inspecting the salad, but for $13, I don’t feel like I should have to.

Well, took my kids here to eat after a trip to the mall. We arrived at 8p and they close at 9p. Ordered 3 meals and drinks, the hostess seemed to not want to be there. After ordering, we went to get our drinks (looking forward to some lemonaid) to our suprise there was none to be had only tea (really?!) so we can get a soft drink. Not really no ice, no dr pepper no pepsi and the mountain dew was warm and flat. So after our food was ready, I went to ask another girl that was taking orders ( since our original hostess and 3 other workers were too busy talking and goofing around with other people) if there were any other options for our drinks. Her response was that was all they had and nothing she could do. Flat mountain dew it is. Our food tasted good and was decent for the price except for a slightly soggy grilled cheese sandwich for my son. Needless to say not going back.
