I came in tonight to try the new bagel stack…. This is like the Most amazing chicken sandwich I have ever had!!! The bread was crispy and yet soft. I can’t say anything negative about this sandwich.!!! I am definitely coming back and trying all three of them.

Staff has been friendly, knowledgeable, personable, and enjoyable for several years. I have never had a bad experience over the course of around 10 years. They have good tasting food options that are healthier than other places around. Their Sip Club offering is a great value. Panera has been the best cafe option around. The Staff at this particular location has been particularly enjoyable. The cafe can be busy at times and is peaceful more often. Their coffee and tea flavor varieties are consistently better than other neighborhood cafes. They have both decaffeinated coffee and decaffeinated tea options. I wish they would have decaffinated coffee prepared in advance later in the day. I particularly enjoy getting fresh avacado on some of my sandwiches.

While Panera has seriously lagged in my opinion in recent years, in the areas of cleanliness, food quality and cost, this is still a decent location.

Don’t have the quick order stand out of sight when you come in for pickup for online order. And girl literally said they have issues of people stealing orders from there when I asked for my order. So you are telling me that my food is at risk of being stolen instead of keeping it where an employee would have to give it to me instead. That’s laziness

My wife and I visited your location on 1/27/25. We both had the potato soup. She had a cup with a sandwich while I had the bowl with no sandwich. Apparently, the only difference between the bowl and cup is that the bowl is bigger. However, you only filed it with the same amount as a cup.

I have been coming to Panera since it opened. Food is still good although a little pricey but that didn’t bother me. But the service lately has gone down hill. I ordered two soups for myself and a friend only to be argued with by the staff when I asked why one of the soups didn’t come with bread. They said I had to pay for the bread that the soup didn’t come with. Unbelievable
