Greenberry’s serves up small batch, hand-roasted coffees and a variety of teas, smoothies and frozen drinks. We also offer freshly baked pastries and handmade morning and lunch sandwiches. Dine-in or enjoy our outdoor patio! Drive thru service is also available! Feel free to call orders in ahead of time. Breakfast ends at 12:00pm, kitchen closes at 5:00pm.

there’s this weird trend with new coffee shops where they offer espresso drinks in drastically different sizes. What do you mean i can get a cappuccino with more milk than a latte.
the espresso itself had some nasty aftertaste- either the machine needs to be cleaned or the beans are burnt.
the store itself is clean, quiet,it’s lit warmly with big windows, and the barista was certainly cordial- i want to hope i was just unlucky with this order.

Their food menu is surprisingly robust for a coffee shop, with delicious options like the Chicken Salad sandwich and their Spinach & Feta Croissant, and Breakfast Burrito. Don’t even get me started on the pastries…the huge scone with its rich cinnamon flavor is a must-try!
The location near JMU makes it a perfect stop for students and locals. It’s a cozy spot that really feels like a community hub. And for those on the go, their drive-through is super convenient and generally pretty quick .

Nice stand alone coffee shop. Nice selection of breakfast and lunch foods. Cappuccino I got was hot, well made, and tasted great. Really good flavored coffee. Only had the cappuccino, but the place had a nice quiet atmosphere and looked to be a common place folks stop for school and other work.

The drinks and food are very good. This is a great place to meet and hang out for a bit, especially if it is nice outside. I love the brown sugar cinnamon oat milk iced coffee and the lavender sparkler! The only issue we have had is sometimes the food takes a long time if you order more than 3 things. People who order after you get their food first.

Once you’re inside, you may forget you’re not in a Starbucks, but don’t, because corporations are so ugh and Greenberry’s has absolutely delicious coffee and amazing baked goods, and all the other treats and refreshments, without serving the corporate beast. An oasis of peace and warmth in every way. Yum. Just go here. Problems solved. If our daughter ends up going to JMU, we’ll be back often.

We walked in and were greeted by one of the gentlemen behind the counter. I told him that we had never been there and I asked for a food recommendation and he suggested the traditional breakfast burrito, so I ordered it but without bacon. I also ordered a caramel vanilla latte with real caramel (they also have the fake syrup). The coffee was very good, to which if I only had the coffee my rating would have been 5 stars, but the burrito was a bit plain, not enough flavor to it to help keep from giving my overall higher than a 3. They do have 2 other breakfast burritos, one of which I’m sure would have had the flavor I would have been looking for but it has pork which I don’t eat so…kinda messed that up. If I was looking for a coffee shop in Harrisonburg, though, this would be high up on the list!
