It’s 8 AM and Sunday morning. I was wanted to just give the biggest compliments to their staff this morning (especially the young lady on the register/helping). Very friendly and upbeat. Way to start the morning for your customers!

staff is always friendly they make me feel welcomed when i eat there always smiling willing to help even engage in a quick chat while waiting for your food by asking how your days going.. the place is clean sometimes there is quite a wait time but w staffing problems id imagine and online ordering they get busy but to me it tells me this is the “it” place to be. wouldnt be busy if the food and service wasnt up to par..

Good service and large, clean restaurant. Unfortunately I have been disappointed with the coffee every time I’ve stopped in here before work, so I will not be giving it another try. I order a plain iced latte every time. It’s espresso and milk, that’s it. But it’s always watered down when I order it from here. Has no flavor at all. Sorry, but I’ve given this location enough chances.

You can’t go wrong with Panera Bread. I’ve been to this particular location many, many times when I was in school. It’s a great place to meet friends to study, have business meetings, go on dates, or just go alone for a nice quiet time. The food is great, and the coffee and selection of teas, lemonade, juices, and more is unbeatable. Pictured is the sausage and pepperoni Flatbread and a bread bowl soup.

Just ordered from here through Postmates. Terrible food quality and sloppy presentation. Sandwiches were poorly made. Food is not worth the cost. $10 for 1/4 cup of Mac ‘n cheese is absurd. Only satisfying thing were the cookies. Should never finish lunch feeling robbed! Never again.

My friend always recommended this restaurant for me but I’ve never been there, so I tried it this time and never regretted it. The lady that took my order was so nice and adorable. Since it was my first time there, she recommended me this order and it was so delicious. Although I think it is a little bit overpriced but other than that everything was great.

As a local resident, I’ve noticed this Panera has really gone downhill. I recently scheduled a business meeting here and was honestly embarrassed by the experience. The entire dining area was filthy — not a single table had been wiped down. I had to go up front and ask for something to clean it myself. After waiting far too long (with no line), the staff seemed more interested in grabbing bakery for themselves than helping customers. Eventually, I was handed a wet wipe and told to do it on my own just so we could sit down.
The service is consistently slow, the employees are unfriendly, and the lack of cleanliness is unacceptable. I could overlook slow service, but sitting in a dirty restaurant is not something I’ll return for. Sadly, this location has lost my business.
