Got the honey bbq chicken wrap, didn’t even get one bite into it before finding a hair. Our server was kind of just like oh sorry.. no manager came to the table, no complimentary cards… and maybe my outlook is different after being in the industry for so long and working somewhere we take that very seriously. Husband had the balsamic salmon and asparagus, salmon was good asparagus not so much. Kids were happy though.

Always affordable for 2 ppl more than any other restaurant in the area with huge portions and great tasting food. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and on pointe. Also they have many options for those who don’t drink alcohol but enjoy the taste of a cocktail now and again. Very impressed all around every time w6 go.

While traveling for 2 weeks in New England we saw several 99 restaurant and Pub locations which we are not familiar with in the NW. We were lucky enough to choose the Concord location to have dinner at last week. The food was more than we anticipated, delicious and so affordable. Service by Joshua C was the best we had our entire trip. He was personable, attentive without hovering, and we enjoyed his attention to detail very much. We also appreciated his offering a military discount when he saw my husband’s retired military shirt. I am just sorry we don’t have 99’s here in WA state. Thanks for a great experience.

My mother and I always go here every month. Lately she’s declining in health so we got a curbside order. Ordered for pick up at 3:15.
Get there 3:10. Make the store aware I arrived. 15min later nothing, my mother needed to use the restroom. Walked her in very very slowly. Struggled. No one offered to hold the door while I’m trying to walk her in hold the door and not miss the food. 30min to walk back n forth to the bathroom.3:45 I get her back in the car and walk in. My foods been sitting in curbside pick up for over 30min, I asked the host gentleman. Can I take this? I have been waiting for it since 3:15..he laughs and goes ya.

It’s always a great experience here. Food is served hot and fresh. The prices are reasonable for the amount of food you receive. Stop in and try it out. Bring the family or come by yourself

Had chicken tacos.. delicious.. Hubby had fish and chips. Delicious.. waitress was pleasant and helpful when recommending a beer, hubby had a hard time choosing… Atmosphere was calm and relaxing after a long day and with all the T.Vs on volume was at a perfect volume.

So this place is in desperate need of a good cleaning along with proper staff training. If you zoom in on the pictures you will see massive amounts of dust which grossed me out. There was nasty greasy hand prints on one of the pics as well. The waitress we had was great but we did get the wrong drinks, but not upset about this as she was new. We nearly froze to death as they had the A.C blasting on us and we were not the only ones to complain of this. I asked for cheese and crackers but the filled the bottom of the bowl with cracker crumbs and put normal crackers on top to make it look like the bowl was full. In total there were 7 whole crackers. I notice a lot of staff standing around while the few waitresses they had were running around trying to fulfill their duties. 99 has gone downhill massively and it was an utter disappointment. They are lacking proper management it seems as the place was dead and they still couldn’t expedite our order in timely fashion. In totally it took 27 minutes just to get drinks and the appetizers came out 2 minutes before the meal.

The food was better than expected. The ribeye was made to perfection, and the rice it came with was great. The waitress was professional and very well versed on the menu. We were full after the meal. Great restaurant!
