In these days of shrink-flation you can add Panera cinnamon bagel to the list. My wife stopped on her way home to buy me a treat. When I opened the bag, I couldn’t believe what I saw. What they’re selling today looks nothing like what you would’ve bought a year or two ago and the price of course has gone up. She said she thought she read some where that they no longer make them in store and that bagels are shipped in from some central location. They should ship them back and tell them to try again.

I would definitely not recommend ordering or coming to this location absolutely horrible customer service. I got an Uber order from here and their excuse was is they didn’t have time to sit on the phone with Uber, but yet they’re still affiliated with Uber and none of this orders are coming through their system and they don’t want to take the time to figure it out so instead of Being understanding and making the order for somebody who paid they continue to bash the driver’s .

It was ok. The coffee was absolutely terrible and weak but I did come around 3 in the afternoon so I’m sure it wasn’t that fresh. The restaurant was clean and the people were nice. The restaurant could definitely use a remodel though as the layout made it feel boxy and closed in.

Ordered the green goodness avo via DoorDash and it was literally loaded with sea salt. I called the manager and she seemed nonchalant about it at first then I had to tell her do you want me to bring it up to you and you can see for yourself and then she said no and just apologize and practically hung up on me We’ve had ordered this before, and there was a fraction of the salt They’re going to kill someone with that much salt. people order this to be health conscientious and may have heart problems that is enough sodium to last you half a day.

Ordered a bagel…asked for butter paid for my order and then decided I needed cream cheese. Employee said she didn’t add cream cheese so she rolled her eyes and I just said I would pay for the cream cheese which was almost an extra $2. Then proceeded to tell me cream cheese hasn’t been free for a thousand years. Then said she didn’t know I wanted cream cheese and that she wasn’t a mind reader. Manager was not helpful. NOBODY had corporates number and NOBODY was nice that we interacted with. Love Panera but not the Parma location and their RUDE employees.

Disgusting. Ordered two hazelnut coffees with extra cream and sugar-simple right? Nope, not here. The girl opened the window with snot running down her lip handing me 2 coffees while telling me there is no sugar in them. Asked me if I wanted her to put sugar in them…Yep. that’s why I ordered 2 with sugar. No extra cream either. Guess she couldn’t read. Threw them both away. Then Tina put me on hold for 6 minutes when I called to get my money back. Guess I’ll do a dispute tomorrow

Well they’ve finally done it, they’ve ruined the French Baguette! It was flat and dense and hard like a hockey puck (forgot to take a pic before returning it). The lady at the counter said they were all like that so I traded it in for chips. The Steak and White Cheddar sandwich is actually pretty good but pricey. The Broccoli Cheddar Soup is still good but portions are getting pretty skimpy. I don’t get the Caesar Chicken Salad anymore because it’s been disappointing, too many core chunks, grated cheese instead of sliced, inedible croutons. Overall I think Panera is no longer worth the price.

I won’t be returning back! Not only was the lady taking my order super rude rolling her eyes the whole time, but then I get my food and when I get home and open it up my soup isn’t even HALF full and the new pepperoni mozzarella melt that is supposed to be loaded was bread and four pieces of pepperoni (pictures below of what it’s supposed to look like and what I got) ! Spent 40$ here tonight and was so disappointed! I used to eat lunch here 3-4 times a week but it slowly keeps getting worse and worse!
