I won’t be returning back! Not only was the lady taking my order super rude rolling her eyes the whole time, but then I get my food and when I get home and open it up my soup isn’t even HALF full and the new pepperoni mozzarella melt that is supposed to be loaded was bread and four pieces of pepperoni (pictures below of what it’s supposed to look like and what I got) ! Spent 40$ here tonight and was so disappointed! I used to eat lunch here 3-4 times a week but it slowly keeps getting worse and worse!

I ordered a bagel in person I asked for reg cream cheese I received chives and onions I called the establishment spoke to the person who rang me up his suggestion was for me to save my bagel till the next day and bring it back because he failed to give me a receipt. I then told him that’s not going to work for me he suggested I just come up the next day and he would personally replace my order. I come the next day (I was going to come regardless because I eat the same thing everyday) and guess what he wasn’t at the register I described him to his coworkers very unique man they stared at me like they didn’t know who I could possibly be talking about. The cashier then goes to say I can’t refund you for an order based on a description of a cashier my response was I wasn’t asking for a refund I was asking if that worker was there.. long story short I ordered my order again (b/c I had to be to work didn’t have time to argue) and this time the bagel is burnt I’m very unpleased and as I stated I get the same thing everyday I’ve never had an issue until yesterday. Not to mention the drive thru was closed due to short staff so they knew who the cashier was but wouldn’t say understandable but still messed up because I spent my money and didn’t receive what I paid for.

Good Broccoli Cheddar Soup and Baguette, disappointing Caesar Chicken Salad. They use tiny grated parmesan now (which you can’t even taste) instead of the sliced parmesan that used to be in this salad. There was really no dressing at all on it, they did give me some on the side containers when I went back to the counter about that, good thing I ate in – not takeout. The croutons were way too hard and dry, could not even chew them at all without first dousing them in the soup. The chicken was good but not as much in it as you used to get. The lettuce was ok but had too many chunky core pieces in it. Overall based on the price increase I’d say their chicken Caesar salad is no longer worth the price.

This location has some extremely rude workers. I went in twice today. The first time the “manager” argued with me over a cup size of a Sip Club drink. Really? And this afternoon another one also argued with me about the sip club drink and made me wait 10 minutes by an empty shelf. She kept saying “I understand” over me trying to explain to her that it’s not on the shelf but says ready. How about you go ask the food counter that receives the orders? No. Not her. Then she walked over to where I was and argued with me some more. Then I called her very rude. She proceeded to tell me she wasn’t rude. I said instead of arguing with me and making me wait you could have checked. Then I walked away. Good thing the handsome guy behind the counter took care of me. So rude!!! You are at an establishment working. This location blows. Ew.

My chicken looked a pink, I know it comes precooked and they just reheat it but the chicken from the place could be heated wrong. They didn’t even look at the chicken just told me they reheat it and it couldn’t be pink. I wouldn’t be as disappointed but they didn’t even look at the chicken to me it’s clearly has pink throughout it.I wished they took it seriously.

I always have a great experience at this Panera Bread location! Food is delicious & service is fast, friendly, and accurate! I recommend the strawberry poppyseed salad with chicken, it’s my favorite menu item and the ingredients are always fresh! Best salad around!

Third time I’ve come here and third time the drive thru has been closed. It’s 1:45pm. It’s not busy at all. You have to literally call before you come every single time. I have a baby with me which is why I always rely on the drive thru. Lately it’s been a huge waste of time. Stop using staffing issues to turn customers away. I’m tired of that. Definitely make sure to check your bag before you leave too. I’m always missing something. Once I drove all the way back after I got home already, and all they offered me was a free cookie. Gee, thanks. How big of you.
