TLDR: Gross and just look at photos.
We were greeted by the smell of urine coming from the restrooms, with a hint of fecal matter. At first sight the empty eating area riddled with food ln the floor and pules of used dished above filled garbage cans caused concern. The abandoned register area with a paper sign stating to use kiosks didn’t make it any better. The not so faint sound of heavy coughing from the back of the store deepened concern. Despite these obvious warning signs we decided to give it a try, only to fond out they were out of the cheddar broccoli soup we specifically came for. Somewhere between not cleaning their restrooms or dining area they also chose to not make more soup. On a positive notes, it was well lit, and there was a warm fireplace. But then I overheard another patron telling an elusive team member that the decaf coffee and hot water was empty, so really it just kept getting worse. I have to assume that delivery orders are keeping this location profitable because we will not come back, maybe even not to our local Panera either because we always order online and seeing this is making me question food quality across all locations. Lastly our food is here, and our plates have dark brown smudges, but no food ordered that matches that color, super unappetizing.

The food wait times were longer than expected, though the staff were kind when our group interacted with them. The more serious issue was cleanliness. The cafe, including the restroom, was filthy and appeared not to have been cleaned in some time. We arrived at 7 a.m., so this was not the result of a busy day. There were crumbs, trash, dust, and visible grime on the seats, walls, and food counters. This is a serious concern for a food establishment and reflects very poor management.

I’m really disappointed to leave this, but the service at this location has become consistently poor. This is the fifth time in a row that my order has been completely wrong. I’m asking for a simple bagel to be sliced and toasted, and it keeps coming out whole, cold, and as the wrong flavor entirely.
It feels like the staff is just going through the motions and not actually reading the tickets. At these prices, you expect at least a basic level of effort and attention to detail. I’ve tried to be patient, but it’s clear there’s a lack of care and management oversight here.

Not only are they the slowest place ever they also arent careful and put plastic in my mac and cheese that I ordered. The food tasted like it was super old the noddles were kinda crunchy at the bottom and couldn’t even chew them. This panera always disappoints me!

Idk what happened, but this location has made a wonderful turn around in the last few months regarding their customer service and order accuracy. My family has been going through an extraordinarily difficult time and this Panera has been a lifesaver when it comes to getting non-greasy, somewhat healthy food in a hurry. I wish I got her name, but the young lady who works at the drive thru in the afternoon is the absolute sweetest. She is always polite to my dog and I. I’m so grateful for her kindness, especially with what my family has been through this year. Thank you guys so much for working so hard. I know that Panera isn’t an easy place to work for. Your efforts, accuracy, and kindness mean a lot.

The food was very good!
But, we went inside to order and eat in instead of the drive through.
The restaurant was FILTHY! Bathroom was worse, looked like old diarrhea on the walls, both garbage bins overflowing with towels, towel dispenser empty.
The tables and chairs were all covered in filth, so we changed our order to go.
It also took 27 minutes to get our order.
Half a sandwich and a salad also cost $24
The girl behind the counter was friendly and helpful and did apologize for the wait.

We ordered a Cranberry orange slice. There wasn’t any out front and it took them forever to bring some out. We got to our table and realized why. It was overcooked! Just below being burnt. The outside was hard as a rock.
We didn’t say anything because we were on our way to am appointments at main campus of clever clinic. I’m not a happy camper!

My family stopped in to get a late breakfast at 11:15 this morning. We helped ourselves at the self-order kiosks as all the POS stations were unmanned and had signs posted directing there. Ordered a plain bagel for our son. Not realizing you had to order a side of cream cheese and that it was extra, when we received a plain, unsliced bagel in a paper bag and asked for a cup of cream cheese. The person who helped was none too happy about it, but we paid for the side and she rang us out at the order counter. We ordered coffee, received the cups but the canisters were all empty except for decaf. When asked if we could please get coffee the other person the “help” said “ go down to the other counter and she might be able to fill it up for you”. The restaurant was nearly empty, maybe a handful of people sat and eating already, but the customer service as well as the cleanliness of the dining room were abysmal to say the least. No eye contact, no warmth or interest in being helpful above just meeting the minimum requirements of the printed order. We were and always are very respectful and kind, having worked in food and beverage for most of my life I try not to make extra work where it’s not necessary. This is not the first time we’ve had an experience like this at this Panera but this is the first review I have or will leave. We will not be coming back. I recommend any of the other options in close proximity to this location, because for $50 and microwaved food it simply not worth being disrespected on top of sitting in other people’s crumbs and having your arms stick to your table.

A great spot to sit and enjoy your meal. Quick service, always well kept. It’s right off the highway so if you’re in a hurry you can eat and get on to rt 489 or the turnpike within minutes. Also located near 2 gas stations. So that’s helpful too if you’re getting on the road
