This Panera is located in a Ohio Turnpike Service Station. Service was slow and the order was incorrect. However, food was fresh. With that said, I would not recommend due to slow service and questionable sanitary practices.

Terrible experience. Arrived for dinner. All but one sandwich was sold out, bread bowls sold out, all but cinnamon crunch bagels sold out. No bread available with soup. We ordered anyway hoping for a healthy meal. Ordered to dine in, was hoping for actual plates and silverware. Instead everything was plastic. The whole thing was such a let down.

Worse service ever. Stood at bakery register as that’s all I wanted. After 5 minutes was informed I had to go to food line. Stood in line for 20 minutes. Cashier did everything but take orders. Made coffee, cleaned counters, filled kiosk orders. Total waste of time. Left without getting any service.

Awful place to eat. Garbage over flowing, tables aren’t clean and floor lots of garbage. The cashier looks like the whole world fell on his face and not happy to be at work.
