Its stupid expensive and the wait is mind bending at lunch time. However its nicely secluded from the rest of the hospital. Its not too pricey if you just get a nice toasted bagel and a drink. An order that simple can often skip the line. They also have chocolate chip cookies they keep warm and gooey on a heated slab. If you work at the hospital, subscribe to the Panera sip club and you get practically unlimited soda and coffee drinks for 11.99 a month. It pays for itself so fast.

It was good. Clean and convenient. Service was a bit slow (watched my breakfast sandwich sit sad and lonely by the oven for too long before being handed to me). It was not clear to me the my order would be filled at a counter around a corner from the cashier.

This Panera is my favorite! I love being able to sit and do some work whenever I need it! The staff is so funny and nice, they always get my order right, and I love the atmosphere in the cafe! There are a lot of spots for everyone to sit in a comfy spot! Their food is so fresh! And their cafe items are great when you just need a little pick-me-up! Love this Panera, the best one in the Cinci area!

Value of food to dollar is disproportionate. They’re giving bigger hunks of bread to balance and make people feel full but $12 for a “bowl” turned out to be child like portions. Staff is great despite the daily rushes but this is a corporate review. Make it worth our inflated dollar Panera.

Been standing in line for 40 min still haven’t got my food. And it’s not even busy. Never come here again. I could of gotten my car from parking garage went somewhere else and been back to hospital by now. I even tiped the server 3 dollars when I paid. I know why they get tips first now. Worst 30 dollars I ever spent. May not even get to eat before my mother is out of surgery. Worst service I’ve ever had. It’s ridiculous

The sandwich I ordered I stood there waiting and when they set it on the counter my thoughts were is that it. The sandwich was not much and it was not even cut in half. It did not even look close to what was on the menu. This is the first time I have been there. The girl at the counter was very friendly and nice and did a great job. I just don’t think much of the sandwich and think it was way over priced.
