As soon as I walked in, I was a little nervous because I have only used the app to order and I haven’t really gone in for a while, but as soon as I saw Jaylen (sp), she was so patient with me and she was so sweet and kind and made my visit worthwhile and very comfortable for me to sit in and eat!!!

Stopped in today because my son is in OSU hospital. This is located conveniently as you get off the parking garage elevator. I went in ordered a cinnamon crunch bagel, cream cheese and a glass of ice. The total was almost 10.00 I said are you sure and she said the price of the bagel and then said 3.90 something for the drink. I said I only want ice not a drink and she said she has to charge her for it. I do this everywhere because I eat ice. I’ve been charged for the cup or a glass of water but never full price for a drink I’m not getting. I told her to please remove it and I went in the hospital to Wendy’s where I’ve been getting ice for free for 2 weeks. We can see who’s money hungry! Really sad business!

A friend and I ate at this Panera during lunch rush. They were very busy but kept the line moving. While staying friendly and courteous. On top of that the food was fantastic.

Ordered a toasted frontegra sandwich, as i have gotten it at many other locations. There was A dollop of cheese, and compared to other locations barely any food. I could have eaten 4 of them to equate one i get at another location. Just dont skimp on food

After being notified 3x of any soup I ordered being out, I tried the last one and they said a 10min wait.
I paid a lot for a large bowl and seemed to get a little cup of the Turkey Chili.
$10+ for what is basically a small cup of mediocre soup with a piece of bread is an absolute rip-off. I won’t be back.

Food is fresh and good. The service is good even if they had to remake my sandwich because they put something on it that I asked them to leave off. The atmosphere is okay. Never felt like a comfortable place to me, especially in those chairs. The booths are better
