These are pictures of the huge piece of avocado skin in my sandwich which the manager made for me (approx. half a coffee cup bottom.) I almost ate it but noticed a bright black spot under a big hole in the bread. The red on the avocado is not sauce.

This was the second time this month they were out of bread bowls. I would think nowadays with the electronic inventory they figure out how many they each. Evidently not. Cashier didn’t give me a cup wwhen I ordered. Maybe she was mad that I didn’t tip. I never tip when I have get my own food and have to clear the table.

This Panera Bread is a good place to eat at during the daytime typically. The food tastes great usually. Customer Service however is sub par, the employees constantly forget to give you things that come with your meal and I would definitely NOT recommend eating here at night. The night manager obviously has no idea how to run this place properly & they do the bare minimum to make your food right. Tonight my meal tastes like it’s been sitting there all day and night and super bland like nursing home food lol I honestly hope they fire the nighttime manager and hire a whole new night time staff even though I know it is hard to even find employees to work right now, hopefully somehow they can get it together and hire some decent people to work the evening shift bc I do enjoy eating here often, I just wish they would put in any effort into making the food decent here. Thank you to the good employees though who take pride in their job here and make the food delicious we greatly appreciate you and your service =)

I am so upset that I ordered delivery for lunch and not only did they not send the right sandwich, but a sandwich I couldn’t even eat. I have tried calling this location, the main customer service line, and door dash and no one will pick up my calls. So I have half a lunch and a full day of work and I can’t spend more money for another delivery order. If something isn’t available you need to either have it on your website that you are sold out, or you should be contacting your customers directly. If I would have known I never would have spent my money here in the first place.
