I ordered a large mocha and a scrambled egg and cheese sandwich. The girl at the register wouldn’t get it. She kept having to re-enter the order and couldn’t remember what I had ordered. I ended up with a large coffee and an egg and cheese sandwich with bacon. I don’t eat bacon, so I brought it to their attention. They removed the bacon from the same sandwich and gave it back to me. Most of the egg went with the bacon. So now I have bread with barely any egg and cheese in it.

I ordered Panera through Google delivery because DoorDash wouldn’t allow us to put in a delivery order for whatever reason. Our food arrived 15-20 minutes late, and we were missing a bread bowl for the Mac and cheese. The portions were small for what we paid. $20 a person is just way too much for what was delivered. The food was okay, but the Mediterranean bowl was something I could have easily made at home (ordered delivery to a hospital – I would have made it if I could have). Overall, I was moderately dissatisfied and I don’t think I’ll choose to eat at Panera again. There are a lot of better options for $20.

In town for a wedding and was staying at a hotel nearby. We ate there for lunch.I got the Pick 2 with Half a Avocado, Turkey and Bacon Sandwich and a bowl of broccoli mac and cheese and a large drink. The meal was fine and food tasted good. Dining area large and comfortable. Staff was friendly. It was a little expensive. Overall I was satisfied but not overwhelmed by the quality.

I put in a curbside pickup order. When I arrived, I received a text saying my order was ready so I arrived right on time. I followed the sign and text messages to let the site know I had arrived. I waited 10 minutes with no one coming out to give me my food. I call the store and no one answers. My wife goes in to get the order and it wasn’t even completed as they were out of two of the items for my family of four. After getting that substituted, we were finally able to get our food. After receiving our food, everything looked fine but because of them completely ignore the curbside, one of our cooked sandwiches was completely cold. I will never eat at Panera regardless of location if this type of service is acceptable at even one location.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Worst Panera I’ve been too. Went in to pick up an order and it was my first time in there. I did not see the pick up area. I missed it because it looks like a condiment area. I went to the other pick up area where there is a register and I waited at least 5 mins before I then went down a little bit further to ask for help the girl seemed like she hated her job, in fact they all did. She was very rude and the girl was snarky. Told me to go the the pick up area. Fine, I go down again to the pick up register and waited another 5 minutes. I then saw another employee and asked about my order. She said it wasn’t ready yet. I was like okay? I have gotten an email saying it was ready. I then ask another employee and he had pointed me to the pick up area. Which is what I needed! I had to go through 3 different people to get help.I was never acknowledged. That’s Grove Tucky for you I guess.

This Panera was extremely dirty and the food quality was subpar. The place was empty yet every table had food crumbs all over it. There were even smears of food on some of the booths. The food did not taste good either. The cucumbers and lettuce on my sandwich were extremely soggy and some bits were very brown. Would not recommend going to this Panera.

I ordered a sandwich and a salad. The sandwich was excellent. The salad had wilted vegetable matter right on top. I showed it to the cashier and she said, “I can’t take that back, you’ll just have to throw it away.” I did so.
