I ordered Chicken Roma Asiago Stack Sandwich and Cranberry Walnut Chicken Salad Sandwich. Someone who ordered these items before please tell me does this items seems correct???? The worst food and service. If they don’t have the correct item they can cancel the order. There is a huge difference between the item they describe online and the item they delivered. I came in here specifically because I had a gift card. I don’t usually come here and saw that there were other negative reviews from this location. I decided to come anyway, and I did not have a terrible experience. The food is a little overpriced for what it is, but everything tasted OK, despite the plain look. The diving area was fairly clean and there was a positive amount of natural light coming in. I would come back.

Food is delicious and quick to be prepared. I have never had an issue with the food quality in the countless times I have visited this location.
The bathrooms on the other hand… Both stalls had little or no toilet paper at all, and the toilet paper dispensers are falling off the wall. There was no soap, which concerns me because how are employees washing their hands after they use the restroom??

Manager wanted to upcharge me to make a sandwich she said was no longer being made but she could do it since the sign was still up 2 days later
I had to ask to be charged the advertised price…several dollars less a day she did it begrudgingly. Not my idea of great customer service. Sorry..not sorry.

The food was fresh and the service was stellar. I hung out for a bit to tutor a student, and then ordered food to go, after ordering a bagel while there. It’s a clean, quaint, spot to gather, study, and/or have a meal.

My fiancée and I only came here, because I had a gift card. Will not come back. The only positive thing about this place is that the autumn squash soup was delicious. Bread on the sandwich was a little chewy. Napkins were not readily available nor were cups. The lids by the drink station were only for 1 size. Trash was everywhere- nobody cleans the tables. Both fruit cups were expired according to Panera’s own sticker. We ate around 6 on 10/4. The quality here is awful.

This location at 85 Worthington Mall #120, Worthington, OH 43085 continuously serves rotten / low quality food. I went there today and received a salad that was tiny and had rotten avocado. I specifically asked for an extra scoop of tuna salad and paid for it but they denied serving that. When asked to fix my order I was refused. The person who claimed to be a manager claimed that” it is just a matter of my preference” and he will not do anything about it as “this is how they always serve it” . Quotes are his exact words. Humiliating and health damaging experience. Avoid this place!

Liam should be given a raise or a bonus. 10/31/25 he was the only one to show up in the morning. He had a big sandwich order and had to handle the small orders all by himself. He opened the store and was by himself untill 10am. He had a great attitude and let everyone know he was doing his best. If Panera does not reward him in some way they should be ashamed.

I just received the most disgusting sandwich from Panera. The tuna is completely covering the outside and the inside of the sandwich. It’s leaking out of the package and the bread is almost frozen. I have to microwave it. This isn’t even worth the money that I paid for it. Disgusting

Did not get chicken on the salad that was supposed to have chicken on it. But the manager stepped in and gave it to me. Kids meals are way overpriced and who gives a little kid a whole apple? My salad had romaine lettuce but most of it was the core pieces and it was not very leafy. Not nearly enough dressing. I go there because my grandkids like the mac and cheese but I would not go there otherwise it’s overpriced and not all that great anymore.
